I wasnt gonna do this survey but since i keep getting asked here we go...i am never bringing my car back to this location. It seems like everytime i bring my car for service i have to bring it back withi asked here we go...i am never bringing my car back to this location. It seems like everytime i bring my car for service i have to bring it back within a couple days. Ex. In sept i had to get the rack & pinion done. Had to take it right back cause the wheels were not aligned properly.. right before Thanksgiving i had to have a oil pressure switch changed a couple days later my car smokes & stops and breaks down a block away from the dealership...the water pump went out...mind you my car has a lil over 100000miles...i kept it maintained at this dealership for years & i thought it would be checked whenever i brought it in.. and every time i bring it in for maintenance or service i get a call from your sales office trying to buy it....which makes me wonder if my car is purposely being neglected so i couldn't afford to keep it. I tried giving yall the benefit of the doubt but the last situation was the last straw More
