I have been coming to get my oil changed at your facility for 5 years and never had a problem until recently. I waited 3 hours with no word from anyone about my oil change. Someone told me that my parts was for 5 years and never had a problem until recently. I waited 3 hours with no word from anyone about my oil change. Someone told me that my parts was ordered Then waited another 2 before my vehicle was done. He apologized but this was bad customer service. More
