Horrible service. Took my car in for a regular oil change and they gave me excuses as to why they couldn’t change it…after changing it multiple times before. Then afte Took my car in for a regular oil change and they gave me excuses as to why they couldn’t change it…after changing it multiple times before. Then after finally changing the oil, my splash shield was left undone and dragged on the ground. I went to tell them about this and was told that the service manager would call me..never received a call. Don’t buy, sell, or get maintenance done with the Dodge department. This dealer needs to be shut down immediately! They’ve done more damage than solution! More

Keep your car too long do not give out loaner car especially when they have your car more than 4 weeks that leads in 2 months and when you come to pick your car back up they they give you your car ga especially when they have your car more than 4 weeks that leads in 2 months and when you come to pick your car back up they they give you your car gas tank on empty when you bring it in that it was full this happened twice and the problems never fixed you turn back you got to bring the car right back cuz it's still doing the same thing the first time that you took it in for so I'm not pleased.
