They didn’t call to let me know that the car wasn’t ready. When I went to retrieve the car next day, they couldn’t find it nor any record of it being there. 40 minutes passed before the located my car. ready. While I understand that the dealer has no control over parts, It took 9 days to receive the parts I needed. To make things worse, the communications were lacking. We needed to call the service departmen parts, It took 9 days to receive the parts I needed. To make things worse, the communications were lacking. We needed to call the service department several times to get status…furthermore, a rental car, which was covered by my Jeep service agreement was not available until the second day after taking my car in. This did me no good since I needed to go to work after dropping my car off. This is unacceptable and this will effect my choice of dealer and brand the next time I buy a car..I do not want to hear from the dealer, only from a Stellantis rep. More
