They didn’t call to let me know that the car wasn’t ready. While I understand that the dealer has no control over parts, It took 9 days to receive the parts I needed. To make things worse, the communications were lacking. We needed to call the service departmen parts, It took 9 days to receive the parts I needed. To make things worse, the communications were lacking. We needed to call the service department several times to get status…furthermore, a rental car, which was covered by my Jeep service agreement was not available until the second day after taking my car in. This did me no good since I needed to go to work after dropping my car off. This is unacceptable and this will effect my choice of dealer and brand the next time I buy a car..I do not want to hear from the dealer, only from a Stellantis rep. More

The service rep Anastasia Marzec was friendly and listened to my concerns that I had about my vehicle as opposed to just telling me that the scratches were on the out side of which they were not and listened to my concerns that I had about my vehicle as opposed to just telling me that the scratches were on the out side of which they were not and if the original dealership had taken the time to listen and inspect the vehicle further, the would have seen that, but to that dealership once the sale was made, that is all they were concerned with. I will never again take my business to Lindsey, Chrysler, Dodge Jeep in Centerville, VA again. This was a brand new vehicle 2023 and I noticed that there were scratches inside the headlight encasing on both the driver and the passenger LED lights. I didn’t initially see it at the time I purchase my vehicle because I purchased my vehicle during the day and when the sales rep walked me around the car I pointed out what I visibly could see with the human eye which was a scratch on the passenger side door. However after a night or I happen to walk in front of the vehicle and noticed that the vehicle had scratches which was very odd to me because this was a brand new vehicle I had only had it for three days when I noticed it I went out of town when I came back I made the dealership aware and set pictures no one ever bothered to call me back to follow up or anything I made the complaint with the customer care rep at Lindsey Chrysler Jeep Dodge he lied and said I did not and I know that I did however nonetheless again I will never purchase from this dealership again. When I contacted the Lantis for a complaint my information was taken and I was instructed to take it to a vehicle dealership that was closer to me because the other dealership was an hour and a half away and that’s where I took it to Antwerpen Chrysler Jeep Dodge and again Anastasia was very helpful and everything was taken care of so I’m very appreciative of the service that was provided. I bought my car from this dealership, so i always feel inclined to take it back to them when anything goes wrong. This is my second time taking my car to CDJR and they’ve given my car back to me in a diff inclined to take it back to them when anything goes wrong. This is my second time taking my car to CDJR and they’ve given my car back to me in a different and/or worse condition.. The first time I took it they changed my battery and fixed my alternator, but now the car play no longer works. Now this time i took it because i was aware that my alignment was off. So i asked them to run a diagnostic on the car to tell me what all the issues were. I scheduled an appointment at 8:30am, and they didn’t even look at my car until 4:00pm. Once they finally did tell me what was wrong it was 5:00pm, so I decided to take some time to see how I wanted to proceed. It was now about 5:20pm that i arrived back at the dealership to pick up my car. I pay the $185 fee for the diagnostic. When they bring my car down, i leave out and attempt to make a U turn, and my steering wheel stopped not even half way into the turn. So i couldn’t make the U turn. At this point I’ve made my way back to the dealership because my car was not drivable. All of the technicians had left by this point . And one of the advisors proceed to tell me that they “attempted” to do an alignment. Im still unsure of why they needed to do an alignment to tell me what was wrong with my car. Even so, it would have been appreciated to be notified that they were doing so, and even more so, it would have been nice to know that I wouldn’t be able to turn my steering wheel left before i drove into traffic. Now I’m out of $185 and my car can not be driven even though when i brought it to them it could be driven. I will not be getting my services done at this location anymore. I will be taking my car elsewhere for these repairs. Thanks a bunch Antwerpen. More
