We have owned 2 Pilots previous to stepping up to an MDX. Our experience with the sales staff was great. John and David were our primary contacts but I think we ended up talking to everyone on some question. Our experience with the sales staff was great. We are looking forward to working with the service folks who I didn't rate in this review because of our lack of experience. I would have rated price at 4.5 but the survey doesn't allow half steps. Mike F. was very friendly, pleasant and accommodating. He verified that my parts were still under warranty and made sure that I had a loaner while the repair was being completed. I've been a customer of Antonino Acura for over seven years now. My wife and I both drive Acuras, which we bought new in 2005 and have had serviced exclusively at the dealer. We continue to be entirely satisfied with the quality of service, value for the price, and the unfailing courtesy and respect for the customer extended by all employees. My 2005 TL now has 213,000 miles, and I expect many more before it is done. More

Marvin has comprehensive knowledge of the RDV. He's very professional and patient. It's a pleasure dealing with him.
