I own a 2009 Acura TL with approximately 97,000 miles. I recently had a VSA warning system defect that was analyzed immediately when I went to the Dealership. The replacement part was ordered and installed recently had a VSA warning system defect that was analyzed immediately when I went to the Dealership. Customer service was good. Overall the experience there was ok. Just felt like we were misled on the pricing. Was told one thing when we discussed it and then was charged extra when we signed papers. They ahould have told us all of what we going to be paying out of pocket rather than surprise us with it when we came back in to sign the papers. Had the 2001 TL in for advertised special service. The service was completed as advertised and overall condition of my vehicle was discussed. The verdict was that my vehicle was in good condition but coul service was completed as advertised and overall condition of my vehicle was discussed.
