The people were great to work with and very friendly and helpful. The service guy were also great and offered advice on how to take care of my new purchase. We have never purchased a new vehicle before and were a little nervous about doing so. But Rod Cote made the experience so easy and stress-free. My experience with Antonio acura is always great! This is my 4th vehicle from them and I am happy to say they have life long customers here! The sales dept has always gone above and beyond to get me what I want and what I can afford and the service dept is always quick and super friendly to me and my crazy kids while my scheduled services are being done. The last salesmen I had was Johnny and I was very pleased he answered my questions promptly and always returned my calls quickly. I am a busy mom of 2 and they did everything they could so I wouldn't be stuck in the dealership all day while purchasing my car. If your an Acura lover obviously you'll stay with Acura but please don't go anywhere but Antonino trust me you won't be disappointed!! More
This was the first time that I had gone to this dealership for service. Found the waiting area to be clean, plenty of room, comfortable seating, WIFI access which allowed me to work while I waited dealership for service. Staff was extremely pleasant, took the time to explain things to me as to what would be needed in the future. The visit took approximately the same time that the staff had originally promised that it would. They ran just about 10 minutes late and had let me know that ahead of time. Found this to be courteous so that I could make any adjustments in my schedule. Would highly recommend them as a friend did to me. More
I returned to Antonino after a poor experience a few years ago. The service manager has since been replaced, and my experience was more than wonderful. My car was being serviced for a recall. The cheerful and very friendly manager signed my car in for service, and set me up with a loaner car for a few hours. Honestly I had put off my recall visit as I was not looking forward to dealing with the same people. But I was so pleasantly surprised by EVERYONE I dealt with. From the moment I arrived I was treated like an old friend, the wait time was what they had estimated, and they gave me a brand new car to use for my errands. I also had been having an issue with the gas cap, which they said they would look into. They did check the cap and said it looked fine, and I was pleased that they explained why I might get a service light, rather than just trying to sell me a replacement cap. When I mentioned how happy I was with the service to my hubby, he is now planning on making an appointment for some other maintenance that is needed. To top it off, they also offer complimentary car wash and vacumming which my hubby loves as it saves him time. I am happy to say that my appointment, which I had not been looking forward to, was a great experience. More
Another stellar performance from my friends at Antonino Acura. My TL has 220K on it now, and it seems like it is barely broken in. My only complaint would be that the new TL I got for a loaner has better bells and whistles; my 2005 will probably live forever, so the only way I'll have a chance to upgrade is if it gets stolen or wrecked. This is my first transaction with a dealer, given my situation and in spite of requesting for the details on the deal to check my affordability, they were just keen in pushing the vehicle of the lot. The salesman was "trying" to get me the details but he was just a deception. The business manager requested to talk to me on my credit details - hoping to have a discussion I walk into his office, but he just pulled out the papers and hardly let me glance through the numbers in the invoice and rushed through signing. He never had the courtesy to explain what was in there on the invoice. My trade-in was not on the invoice, he never minded to explain why; the extended warranty (at max cost) which was neither brought up in the discussion with the salesman nor I requested one; GAP Insurance forced as mandate for the lien - All these additional costs were included in the invoice without my consent and was pushed into my loan, that is on a heavy APR. Being my first transaction with a dealer, my inexperience probably played in, I would never recommend this dealer. More
