I can't believe I am surprised to be writing that it was a great experience dealing with Antonino Acura, but it truly was. I dealt with two people in sales - Ron Roman and Justin Fortier. Each was extremely helpful and gave what was the best answer for what my needs were. They each patiently explained various features and the price was excellent. Justin didn't end the transaction as soon as we paid - he stayed with us and showed my wife how the various and impressive technologies worked - he actually seemed to enjoy his job. Thanks Ron and Justin. I appears that great service is part of the culture at Antonino - I ordered a couple of accessories from parts and Skip was very helpful. Thanks Antonino providing such great service. More

Chris was knowledgeable and with the help of Tony the Sales Manager and Mario the Finance Manager, we were able to put a satisfactory deal together. I took delivery the same day of a 2012 Acura MDX. Didn't want to spend an entire day or raise my blood pressure doing it this time either. I did my research on the internet ahead of time and pretty much knew what I wanted. What I found at Antonino Acura was an extremely knowledgeable sales person who thoroughly knew Acura products. He spent all the time we needed answering every question, coaching us thru extended test drives and eventually offered us a no pressure, no nonsense, price on a new TLX . Then he and the GM went out of their way making it possible for us to take delivery on our new Acura while I arranged financing. I appreciate a straightforward, professional buying experience and found exactly that at Antonino Acura. Highly recommend. More

Worst Experience Ever This was the second time I was leasing an Acura (first time at Antonino) so I knew to expect superior service. However, this was not the case at all a This was the second time I was leasing an Acura (first time at Antonino) so I knew to expect superior service. However, this was not the case at all at Antonino. I had an uneasy feeling the second I walked in the door. Firstly, I had to walk through smoke from the salesmen who were not busy and were just standing by the entrance smoking. Then I had to sit around and listen to small talk until the sales manager was available. Salesman was nice enough but literally did nothing. Sales manager was as slippery as they come - deceptive, condescending and rude. Was promised a full tank of gas but when I went to leave three hours later, the car was still on empty. I had no time to wait for them to do it then, so I stopped on my way home. When I tried to start the car again, I found out that the battery died. During the test drive I was told not to turn off the car when we returned- but I already had at that point - because someone had left a light on in the car the night before and drained the battery. When I first got there I was told they had "inventory" only to find out that this was the only car left. Once again, I figured that while I sat there for three hours, someone was charging the battery. Obviously, that didn't happen either. To make matters worse, the sales manager gave me completely inaccurate information. After several call to management, I have yet to hear an apology or an attempt to make things right. Buying or leasing an Acura should be a pleasurable experience. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere but Antonino-they do not care about customer service at all. More
Looking for a good used car and found one on the internet at this dealer. Contacted the dealer on line and received a call from their internet sales representative,Liz, the next day who qualified my car pre at this dealer. Contacted the dealer on line and received a call from their internet sales representative,Liz, the next day who qualified my car preference and invited me in to test drive the model. My wife and I stopped by the next day and was met by Ryan the sales manager at the door who set us up with the sales consultant, Rod. Rod had all our information at his finger tips from my conversation with Liz the day before. Rod had us test drive the car and explained all its functions extremely well. He spent considerable time with us and provided a great deal on this car. As experienced car buyers, Rod was a pleasure to work with as he guided us through the buying process vs pushing us through as I have seen in some dealerships. Finance options were discussed with Sean their financial rep and he was able to close the deal with an excellent interest rate and extended coverage deal. The overall experience with this dealer was very positive, the sales consultants were all friendly, helpful and genuine. I would recommed this dealer to anyone interested in buying a car. More
