Worst service experience ever In 2018 I traded my Honda CRV which I had no issues with that vehicle. I just wanted something more classy and was recommended to go to Antonino Acura because their used cars were super good and reliable i traded my Honda CRV for the Acura RDX the next day of me buying the Acura engine light came on so upset and disappointed that I was having issues already of one day of buying this car. I called the dealer right away they said it was probably I dI'd not close the gas cover correctly no that did not fix the problem come to find out it was a sensor. They ended up fixing it. NOW 1 year with the Acura I'm having issues with my transmission. I have an extended warranty and now the service manager is telling me that the warranty does not cover them fixing my vehicle because it's maintenance. So why did I pay for a warranty. The service department wants to charge me almost $500 having warrant. Horrible experience also the service manager when I pick up my vehicle I felt like he was being sarcastic in telling me "Oh by the way we did not charge you for the diagnostic we also washed your car and vacuumed it"!!!! Since day one I had issues with this vehicle I thought I was purchasing a great car from antonino I was so wrong. I should have never traded my Honda I went to cardinal Honda to purchase my Honda great experience had my Honda for over 4 years and never had an issue at all!!!!! I should have read the reviews as I see others have had horrible experience at Antonino Acura!!! I played over 20,000. By far the best auto experience of my 40 yrs of buying cars I have bought 20 to 25 cars for Myself my wife and my children, in my 60 yrs of driving. 6 yrs ago i met Tony Eber the gen. mgr of Antonio Acura, At I have bought 20 to 25 cars for Myself my wife and my children, in my 60 yrs of driving. 6 yrs ago i met Tony Eber the gen. mgr of Antonio Acura, At that point i purchased My 1st Acura, an MDX. I shopped 3 other dealerships and i not only got the best feeling, from Antonio Acura and my Salesperson. After i went to 3 dealerships i knew exactly what i wanted and when i went to Antonino I received the best demonstration as well as exceptional no pressure experience,. I got the best "upfront" price. I loved that suv and the Acura brand has been in my driveway ever since. All from Tony and his staff. I have bought 4 other Acuras and 2 Used cars since For my piece of mind. I always look at other dealerships prices on similar cars. And only 1 time was a dealership close to there price. And it was such a Minimal amount i simply asked them to match it and they did without ANY HASSLE, and that was less than $200 After the sale they Followed up with me every 90 days or so just to make sure my car was treating me well. And that is something i never experienced EVER, After i buy a car im usually forgotten and treated like just another number. But this store always knows who i am when i call and there service department has surpassed my expectations more times than i can tell you. And there are 3 Acura dealerships closer to my home and office. This week i bought my 4 th New Acura from Amanda Morheart. at Antonio, when i shopped a few other dealers. Again closer to my Residence and Office, Other dealers accused me of lying about the price i Was given. But Antonio, stood by the price And i took it home Yesterday. That made me Know im shopping and buying at the right Place so kootos to you all!! Thank you Tony, Jordan, in service and Amanda and the entire staff I feel like in a world full of Dealers and Service departments that only care about $$$ there is a dealership that cares about future business and relationships more than just the bottom Line. Purchased the vehicle t Now that all the drama of this place is over I can write a review.... this place is a joke worst experience buying a car ever. Purchased the vehicle the next day we noticed it kept popping out of gear so we bring it in. We are first told that the mechanics test drove it and it didn’t happen, finally they admit that it was popping out but tried to tell us that it only did it when u drove the car at to high of a rpm ( I’ve been driving standards my whole life I know what I’m doing). They eventually break down and tell us it needs a new transmission but not until they spent over a hour trying to talk us into returning the vehicle or buying a 3rd party extended warranty. We denied both after much deliberation they agree to replace the transmission but inform us that it is in back order at the dealership and will be about a month for it to come in. Seeing we had no other option we take the loaner car and leave ours behind, two weeks later we receive a call saying we must bring the loaner car back ASAP as they have sold it, we drive there another 30 miles there and back and are given another loaner car. While there I ask about our original vehicle and if there was any word on when the transmission would be in. The mechanic on duty couldn’t even tell me where they were getting it from ( this is after I was told it would be a dealership transmission) now things seem to be getting shady so I give it another week and a half ( we are now at 3.5 weeks without our car) call and ask again and same thing no one has any idea what I’m talking about. I start doing some research and I look into extended warranty they tried to have me purchase ( the one we denied mind u) and it states that it doesn’t become effective until 30 days after the purchase date as anything before then is legally the dealerships responsibility. Ok so things are starting to clear up for me... I put a call into the warranty company and low and behold there was a warranty in our name for our vehicle... Apparently this horrible dealership never planned on fixing the vehicle they were responsible for so they went behind our back purchases the warranty days after we bought the car and was waiting for the 30 days to lapse to put in a claim and get it 100% covered for free!!!!! Well deceit is a slippery slope and karma came back to bite them because when the warranty company sent out someone to approve the repair it was denied because the transmission was completely bone dry of fluid and the dealership had to pay to fix the repair themselves. This does mean that we now have a junk yard rebuilt transmission in the car that will prob die once again eventually but it was nice to see the karma and to walk away with a free extended warranty for the next year lol More

Not so happy I Purchase a 2012 Acura TL on January 2018.I fell in love with the car on line.I drove for Hartford too see it and maybe buy it.I test drive the car a I Purchase a 2012 Acura TL on January 2018.I fell in love with the car on line.I drove for Hartford too see it and maybe buy it.I test drive the car and it had some problems.I tire was low on air,Battery was dead and the was some shaking on the car when driving.I told the sales person if they take care of the problems I will buy it.The sale person said np.Next day I was call to pick up the car so I did.Supposedly they fix every thing but before I drove the car home I test it again and the shacking was Slightly still there but the sales guy say it may be the hayway.i say ok maybe.Day later I lost air on tire shaking still there.I call the sales person.He say he will talk to suppervisor and get back to me.He never did.I email them the next day and I toke them 3 day later to call me.The Supervisor call me and told me they did Check the car before I come it home.He blamed the aftermarket rims that came with the car.I call and called.No response.I toke the car to my local town fair tires and the tire was no good.I had to come out of pocket $164.00 for a new tires and the shaking on the car was that the rims was not Balance.Thats not all..The Call had to go to admissions test day after buying the car and they did not do the test.Now I got a late fee of $20.00 cause they didn't tell us to take it to admissions...There goes $40.00.... 3 weeks and deposit not refunded liked the salesperson Jose. Went to pick up car and price was raised so cancled sale. 3 weeks now and $3,000 deposit not returned yet.
