After several times of trying to fix my navigation system, Honda recommended that the computer be sent back to the factory. After receiving it twice, the system still didn't work. Mike suggested putti system, Honda recommended that the computer be sent back to the factory. After receiving it twice, the system still didn't work. Mike suggested putting in a new screen & it worked. So I ordered a used screen, and the system is now operational. Because of all the problems, Mike did not charge me for the computer work and some of the labor because it was a screen problem, and not a computer problem. Overall the customer service was great and service to my vehicle was expedient. However, during my wait for my vehicle, I had a pair of $30.00 dollar sun glasses stolen that was sitting on the table on top vehicle was expedient. At the time I was the only customer in the area, but noticed there were mechanics and two people who appeared to work in the building walking back and forth. That was an unfortunate experience and was disappointed that a worker from this establishment would be okay with stealing a customer's personal belongins. I was accomodated with a $23 dollar credit for my next visit. More
Chris was outstanding. Even though the car was not ready as anticpated, he offerred a car to allow me to make my appointment. I had not planned on buying another Acura or using the dealership in the future. Since they were so accomodating this time, I have changed my mind and will consider an Acura and Antonio in the future. More

Everyone was friendly and helpful. Excellent experience in purchasing a new car. Sean and his sales manager were very responsive and really went the extra mile to get to a deal that worked. I have been working with Antonino since 1987, when I purchased my first Acura Legend. Subsequently, I purchased a 1997 RL, and then a 2010 TL. Throughout this period of time I have found that the rela purchased my first Acura Legend. Subsequently, I purchased a 1997 RL, and then a 2010 TL. Throughout this period of time I have found that the relationship with their staff does not end with the purchase of the vehicle. On the contrary, the service they have provided has always been courteous, timely, and efficient. When it has been necessary for me to have interim transportation, they have provided me with excellent choices of Acura models in a most considerate manner. Additionally, they have always offered to wash and vacuum my car if I so desired. It is readily apparent that they realize that a most important aspect of customer satisfaction is the service provided after the sale. I could not be more pleased with the current Service and Parts staffs, or with the follow-up always sought by the Customer Service Manager. In my opinion they assure that the experience one seeks with a vehicle like Acura is always in the forefront of their minds, and I could not be more praiseworthy of their efforts. Raymond B. I was in a tough situation when the transmission blew in the car I was driving. I commute to work and have two children who are in school and daycare. I needed to purchase a vehicle quickly. I'm a little difficult though because I really wanted a Honda or an Acura and a few other very specific things. I feel that if I have to pay for it and drive it, I'd like it to be something I really want. At Antonino they listened to me, took time to understand my needs and answer all my questions. They didn't have a vehicle that worked for me on their lot, but they went out of their way to find one and make the deal happen while staying inside of my desired monthly payment amount and getting me an awesome car for the price. I purchased a 2008 Honda Accord LX-P. I couldn't be happier. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and not pushy in the least. They never tried to sell me something I didn't want or convince me to spend more than I wanted like other dealerships I have visited and dealt with in the past. I felt very comfortable and have not received better customer service. I would highly recommend Antonino and all of their employees! More
Marvin was extremely nice and helpful. He was very knowledgeable about the Acura models and explained every feature and detail.
