I have taken my Acura in for service here for years but I have finally had it. The last few times dealing with the service department has been frustrating. In a previous vist they had performed service tha have finally had it. The last few times dealing with the service department has been frustrating. In a previous vist they had performed service that I had not requested. They also recommeded additional service that they had already performed on a previous visit. I asked them if anyone had actually inspected my car because if they had the would have known that this :recommended" work was unnecessary. They explained that they had "innocently: been looking at the wrong vehicle in their computer system. When they finally figured out how to operate their computer system they found out that some of the work that they had performed on my car that day had already been done so they credited me for some of unecessary service. So I let this one slide. However, last week I brought my car in for a basic service/oil change and while waiting on the service overheard what appeared to be the general manager telling the service personnel that he did not care what it took but he needed them to immediately prep a new car for pickup because the buyer was coming in shortly. When I was called up to the counter to pick up my car I was informed that they had performed the basic service but were unable to wash the car because their drains were clogged. I knew this was a lie because I had just overheard the manager talking to them. When I got out to my car I found out that their vacuum must also have been broken because the car had not been vacummed either. In starting up my vehicle I checked the tire pressures and found that they had not checked either because I had a couple of tires that were a little low whic hshoudl have been corrected as part of the service. Now I am wondering if they even changed the oil at all. And all this for $35. Never again. I'm taking my vehicle elsewhere i nthe future. More
Two weeks ago today, I purchased a 2011 Acura MDX w/Tech w/RES at Antonino Acura. We have purchased 4 Acura vehicles-- two of which at Antonino in the late 80's. The model we purchased was not available at our previous dealer and we made a spur-of-the-moment decision to look elsewhere. Arriving at Antonino Acura, we were immediately greeted by Sean Sutton and shown exactly the model we bought. Sean was matter-of-fact; in-the-know about the logistics of the availability; friendly but reassuring about the trade of our Acura; and also informed us of a financing promotion enabling us to save money. What better deal all done in under an hour. Sean is certainly an asset to Antonino Acura. We truly appreciate the atmosphere at Antonio Acura in a no-frills dealership and Sean Sutton. We also have been assured of the perks we received at our old dealership. Thank you. More
I had a great experience purchasing my new TSX. Called Antonio Acura one day inquiring about a car I saw online and spoke with David McLaughlin (I'm in North Carolina). Turns out that the this vehicle was a different color combo than the pre-owned TL my online and spoke with David McLaughlin (I'm in North Carolina). Turns out that the this vehicle was a different color combo than the pre-owned TL my wife and I were looking for. However, I left my name and contact info on the off-chance that they get a vehicle in that meets our criteria (hard-to-find color combo/options). Unexpectedly the next day, David called me saying a customer had just traded in a leased vehicle that met our specs and wanted to know if we were interested. We jumped on this opportunity and after a family member went to inspect the vehicle, we put a down payment on the vehicle that night. The price we agreed to was outstanding! I arrived at the dealership a few days later to pick up the vehicle and they did a fantastic job prepping the vehicle before I arrived, as the car was in amazing condition. Working with David was a great experience (esp. considering we were live over 650 miles away) - he kept us informed along the way and even followed up after the sale. The only comment I have is that I wish each salesperson had an individual company email address. The communication via phone worked great, however, it would have also been convenient to communicate via email (especially living far away). More

Chris Madison described completely the work and costs that were to be performed. After completion of the basic service, he explained very clearly and professionally what additional service would be benef that were to be performed. After completion of the basic service, he explained very clearly and professionally what additional service would be beneficial for my TL. He is extremely pleasant & knowledgeable and a great pleasure to work with. More
