I purchased my Acura NSX new from Antonino Acura way back in 1995. Their service has consistently been good, and they have always made me feel like part of the family. Simply, just can not say enough wonderful words about everyone that I come into contact with from day one to present. I even get compliments about my car while pumping the petro. The service here was unacceptable. I bought the car certified pre-owned with the 100 point inspection. I drove it home and noticed the passenger side view mirror housing was cracked and missing a piece certified pre-owned with the 100 point inspection. I drove it home and noticed the passenger side view mirror housing was cracked and missing a piece, the cigarette lighter didn't work (to power my GPS because they didn't have the navigation dvd yet), there wasn't a wheel lock wrench, and the memorized seats didn't work. Very keen inspection. They did fix the mirror housing at no charge though. In addition, I was told that when someone comes to register my car he would bring the Navigation disc, floor mats, and spare key. Finally someone came to do the VIN check weeks after I had been told. When I asked about these items he said he had no clue. He took my car and said he'd be back in a half hour. An hour later he came back and said the machines were broken and couldn't get my VIN checked. So he came back the next day without these items again. Told me I would have to schedule an appointment to come into Antonino to get those items which is 45 mins away from where I live. So I tried to cancel my maintenance plan through mail and I was told I need my mileage notarized at the DMV or verified at the dealer itself. I figured I'd just get my first oil change then cancel afterwards. When I told Antonino Acura that I'd like to cancel my maintenance plan, the finance manager (Erik) told me I COULDN'T. I showed him the contract that we both signed and where it said I could cancel. He then came back with the cancellation form. So he either lied to me or he's just ignorant, hard to tell really. He then proceeded to start doing calculations on whether I'd be saving money by cancelling instead of just performing my request. Clearly I had done these calculations prior (I have a master's degree in engineering) and that was one of the main reasons for cancelling. It took quite a bit of convincing which really annoyed me but he eventually filled out the cancellation request. He got my signature and got the mileage from the service guys and didn't say another word to me. Was I surprised that the oil change took an hour and they made me pay? Glad I cancelled so I don't have to deal with these people again. I should note that the actual parts/service employees are very friendly and easy to work with. Just stay away from the sales and finance people with inflated egos. Shouldn't be hard to miss. They will be wearing cheap suits and their heads will be up their ... More

The staff is very professional and friendly. Mr. Marvin took his time showing us and talking about the different cars we were interested in, and help us figure out our different options. I have always been impressed with all of the employess at Antonino Acura. They are all curteous, friendly and nice people. I like the new upgrades to the customer waiting area as well with the new sofas and Antonino Acura. They are all curteous, friendly and nice people.
