Purchased a used car from Antonino Acura in Groton, CT in 12/11. I usually hate the car buying experience, but this one was different. Everyone was very nice to me and my family. I have a two year old who was running about the showroom, jumping in and out of cars, and I felt comfortable not pressured. I got a great deal on the car, and between Steve, Ryan and Peter I felt like a long time prime customer. Any promises made were kept and I could not be happier with the experience of the sales and service departments at Antonino Acura. They promote their dealership as one that provides great service, and they delivered that to this customer. I would not hesitate in recommending this dealership to anyone, Acura owners or those looking to purchase a used car. Thanks to all. More

The GM made a very good decision. This was a situation that could have become nasty-there was confusion re warantee coverage. I went in for an oil change and then B12 came on which is just some of the filters, rotate tires etc..routine things. I had a coupon printed off my computer that you sent, oil change was 19.99..I was carved just some of the filters, rotate tires etc..routine things. I feel that I was taken a bit of advantage of as they never really explained this bill. $253.18 is a bit excessive. More

Purchased used vehicle for commuting purposes. Did I expect new vehicle service, no, but did I expect to replace a plate light and a front parking light the night after I got the vehicle home, no. Did I expect the vehicle to be detailed, inside and out, when I picked the car up as was requested, obviously, was it, not in the least bit. Did I expect to have to stop and get gas just so I get could home from the dealership, no. Did I plan on having to register the vehicle myself after I was told on Tuesday it would be done for me, only to find out Wednesday night when I arrived to pick the vehicle up that if I wanted to come back to get the vehicle on Friday, you 'might' be able to get it done, no. I considered myself generous in my survey answers. More
I owned an Accura and had great service at this dealership. When I retired my wife an I regrettfuly sold the Accura and only use her Honda Odyssey. After taking the Honday to local Honda dealer three times for the same problem, I took the HOnda to this dealership. The problem was fixed immediately. They explain the necessary service and the problem has always been fixed. The staff is courteous and very helpful. I would recommend them to any one. More
