Tanya Kimes our salesperson was great. She answered our questions thoroughly and truthfully. She is the main reason we bought a new Camry that day. We were onl our salesperson was great. We were only thinking about purchasing a new car, but Tanya gave us such a knowledgeable understanding of the car's value we couldn't pass it up. David Sanchez, Serice Advisor Excellent David always goes out of his way to provide excellent service. Prior to the 70K service, I had my windshield replaced at your shop by a third party. David always goes out of his way to provide excellent service. Prior to the 70K service, I had my windshield replaced at your shop by a third party. They had used a black sealer compound around the rubber when installing the new windshield. Time had elapsed, but when I asked David to clean up the black foot prints on either side of the front door on the inside of the door, the plastic trim strip and carpet, he responded no problem and took care of it. It looked brand new. It is the little things that count as well as the big ones. Trust is a big deal and David has earned mine. I tried to clean it with windex and it wasn’t strong enough. Thanks for a job well done and taking care of the little things. More

Bad customer service and rude service manager Take your car to a different dealer .
