They quickly searched for a hard to find part, managed to get it to the dealership in one day and arrange for installation of the part immediately. They truly went above & beyond the call of duty. Their communication skills are excellent providing clear and concise explanations that even a 70 year old with zero mechanical ability could understand. The waiting areas for Service customers is pristine, well appointed and complete with magazines and TVs. Kudos! More

No-nonsense dealer Before I made a purchase on my car, I compared prices on-line with dealers within 150miles, talked to at least 10 internet sales persons, most were fr Before I made a purchase on my car, I compared prices on-line with dealers within 150miles, talked to at least 10 internet sales persons, most were friendly to talk to but Billy Pierce at Antioch Toyota was the most helpful and the most transparent, extremely knowledgable about the Prius and helped me to decide on the model and trim that fits my requirement the best. Billy quoted me the price on-line with all the costs broken down in great detail. When I finally visited the shop, everyone including the person (forgotten his name and he's just happened to be there, thats obviously not his job!) who opened the door for us were very friendly, absolutely no pressure whatsoever. We actually enjoyed the process of test driving and learning the features of the car. Billy had been very attentive all the way through! We walked out with the car paying the exact same price Billy quoted on-line, to the penny! Happy customer, I will buy my next car from Billy and Antioch Toyota! More
