Our best car buying experience ever After two very stressful and unrewarding negotiations at two dealers we searched online for the car we had specified. Antioch had the car advertised After two very stressful and unrewarding negotiations at two dealers we searched online for the car we had specified. Antioch had the car advertised, so we contacted them online. We received an email with a complete description of the car, the pricing for all features, their cost, and what they would sell it for. Complete transparency. And their offer was well under the other dealers negotiated cost for the car. Arriving at Antioch Toyota, everything had been prepared and was ready for us. Our salesperson, Fisel Zandari, was warm, friendly, and knowledgeable. The whole experience, from test drive to the finance person was pleasant and relaxing. I have bought a lot of cars and have never had such a good experience making a vehicle purchase. I recommend them to anyone. More
David Sanchez, Serice Advisor Excellent David always goes out of his way to provide excellent service. Prior to the 70K service, I had my windshield replaced at your shop by a third party. David always goes out of his way to provide excellent service. Prior to the 70K service, I had my windshield replaced at your shop by a third party. They had used a black sealer compound around the rubber when installing the new windshield. Time had elapsed, but when I asked David to clean up the black foot prints on either side of the front door on the inside of the door, the plastic trim strip and carpet, he responded no problem and took care of it. It looked brand new. It is the little things that count as well as the big ones. Trust is a big deal and David has earned mine. I tried to clean it with windex and it wasn’t strong enough. Thanks for a job well done and taking care of the little things. More

Antioch Toyota had the car, and the best price and service . I had a price in mind and I knew the vehicle that I wanted, and Toyota Antioch was able to meet my expectations, while other Toyota dealerships in the I had a price in mind and I knew the vehicle that I wanted, and Toyota Antioch was able to meet my expectations, while other Toyota dealerships in the San Francisco Bay Area did not even come close. This was an internet sale, and Antioch Toyota was proactive in getting the vehicle ready by the time we got to their dealership. Unfortunately, there was some delay with the financing because we had to wait over an hour for someone else to complete their financing, probably not all their (Toyota's) fault. Our own cash financing of the car took approximately 20 minutes. In the future, Antioch Toyota will be my first choice in purchasing another vehicle and I recommend them to others who are considering purchasing a Toyota. More

3rd time's not a charm! Every single time, it was the same answer. "We don't have any record of the lease" and "sometimes it can take up to 40 days to process everything". Well, after 2 1/2 months of driving around, the woman from Toyota Financial suggested to call Antioch Toyota to see what's going on. 10 minutes later, she tells me that there was some paperwork she was waiting on and that everything should be squared away in a few days. I got a call from the finance woman, Tatiana on a Friday, and she tells me that there was an error on the "money factor" and that I had to come in asap to resign the revised contract. After hearing that I wasn't able to come in over the weekend, she began to berate me and say it is my responsibility to make the payments (without a lender) and that my car will get repossessed and my credit affected. She also kept saying that I should return the car, no questions asked if I couldn't come on the weekend and that is when I'd finally had it. I made it there that Sunday evening and returned the car to Steve Peralta, the Sales manager, who's wonderful and was completely appalled at my story and couldn't apologize enough for my experience. Later that week on Tuesday, I talked to the GM, Don, whom was also very apologetic and asked if he can fix everything, I told him I still needed a car and was willing to give them a second chance, so he said he was going to have a sales rep contact me the following day. I received no call Wednesday. Nothing Thursday. On Friday, I'd decided it was long enough and called Don, who immediately took responsibility for dropping the ball (he forgot to have the original sales rep call me) and that he will make sure I not only get taken care of but I get a screaming deal, so I decided to give them a third chance (3rd time's a charm, right?). Finally talked to the sales rep, Jim, who's an honest to goodness great guy, but unfortunately, all he kept talking about was how the rebates weren't as good as they originally were as last time and that I'd end up paying more for the exact same car. Rebate? That's the "screaming deal" I was offered? A credit from the MANUFACTURER. And on top of that, the rebate wasn't as good as before. They never offered to take a hit on one lousy car to fix the nightmare of a screw up that I experienced, and for that, they deserve zero stars; unfortunately, 1 star is the lowest I can give. More
