Service Department I don't believe I have ever rated a service department as excellent but yours certainly is! Worst experience ever Never called me once to give me updates on my 2012 Dodge Caliber when it was in for service. My service rep was very rude. Kept telling me that I will call you in an hour about an update on the vehicle and 2-3 hours went by. Happened more then just one time I had to call to get updates what happen to customer service? They kept guessing what was wrong with caliber never could give me a straight answer. so I told the to for get it I will take my car back. I talked to the service manager and explained what was going on and he agreed that what I was saying and I told him that you didn't do anything to find the issue. I did all that at home and I found the same things and it was guessing. and I am also a tech I brought it in because it was under the 5 year 100,000 mile powertrain warranty. I'm not gonna pay some one to just guess. so the service manager went half with me on the fee I paid $65 instead of $130 price. But besides the point, ever since I bought this car it has been an issue and every time I bring my car in to this dodge I always have a problem with them. I do not recommend this dealer to anyone worst experience I ever had to deal with. Now I'm with Ford and I am very happy with them very nice people from the start and got a great vehicle all I got to say is dodge get your act together. You just lost a customer! More

Professional experience Had a problem with my Jeep, so I called Antioch Dodge. After completing the diagnosis and fixing the problem. Chris called me the next day to say that I can pick up my Jeep and to come in at my own convenience. Very very professionally handled.
