I was charged for an oil change that was not to be done without my verbal authorization after other issues with my car after been troubleshooted. I did not authorize the oil change, but was charged anyway without my verbal authorization after other issues with my car after been troubleshooted. I did not authorize the oil change, but was charged anyway and it would not be removed from my bill. I would like this charged credited to me. More
