Worst experience ever Never called me once to give me updates on my 2012 Dodge Caliber when it was in for service. My service rep was very rude. Kept telling me that I will call you in an hour about an update on the vehicle and 2-3 hours went by. Happened more then just one time I had to call to get updates what happen to customer service? They kept guessing what was wrong with caliber never could give me a straight answer. so I told the to for get it I will take my car back. I talked to the service manager and explained what was going on and he agreed that what I was saying and I told him that you didn't do anything to find the issue. I did all that at home and I found the same things and it was guessing. and I am also a tech I brought it in because it was under the 5 year 100,000 mile powertrain warranty. I'm not gonna pay some one to just guess. so the service manager went half with me on the fee I paid $65 instead of $130 price. But besides the point, ever since I bought this car it has been an issue and every time I bring my car in to this dodge I always have a problem with them. I do not recommend this dealer to anyone worst experience I ever had to deal with. Now I'm with Ford and I am very happy with them very nice people from the start and got a great vehicle all I got to say is dodge get your act together. You just lost a customer! More

Antioch provides horrible service So here is now my third update LESS THAN a month in financing a 30k car I bought from this dealership and have had nothing but issues from day 1. Yes they went back and fixed the mistake THEY MADE, I appreciated that hence why I gave them a better review. No it is SEVEN days before I am supposed to make my first car payment and CANNOT. Vlad could not take the time in financing to make sure mine AND my fathers last name was spelled correctly so now I can not even get in contact with the loan company until I clear up the potential "fraud" This ON TOP of getting over 15 letters in the mail of denial BECAUSE THEY COULDNT LOCATE OUR NAMES AND WERE TAKING IT AS FRAUD. I can not even finance a napkin at the time because of how many times my credit was ran. I will further be reviewing this place on dealer sites so no consumer has to deal with the nightmare I have been put through. I will be taking my BBB case to the full extent. I called last night and talked to the manager Tony AGAIN. Was told I would have a call back at 9 this morning and again NOTHING. BUYER BEWARE ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ I purchased a used vehicle and was satisfied with my service given after working deeper with some employees. There was some rough patches at first but I am happy to rate them now. They compensated for any mistake made on their end which is why I no longer rate them at a 1. Hoping the dealership continues to grow on me and I can continue to give them my business as a consumer. Thank you again to Tom for making sure that any confusion was cleared up. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I purchased a vehicle less than 2 weeks ago and have dealt with nothing but issues since I started filling out paperwork. I was trading in my Jeep, payments were around 200 and I wanted to get around 300. At one point I SIGNED A PAPER that said I would sign and drive ONLY if payments were max 350. It was around 5:15pm when I signed that paper... At 8:35 we finally made it to the finance room where he shows me 389 WITHOUT GAP.... I almost lost my cool, I asked for my jeep keys back and that is when he ran to the front desk and talked to Tony. Tony told him he would tint ALL my windows in my new car and my payments would be 378 with GAP. I signed only because he threw in the tinting or I would have walked. So the next day comes and I realize I had forgot my iPass and they still never called to schedule the tinting. First I talked to my sales guy Andrew who searched my car and was unable to find anything. There's 50 dollars gone. Andrew then sends me to Tom who is the after market guy, he answers the phone "WHAT" I knew it was going to just get worse from this point. Basically Tom has to ask this person and this person has to ask this person because no one knows anything. I get scheduled for that Saturday. After having to call back 4 more times and ask.So Saturday comes; mind you I think I am getting all my windows done. I pull in the dealership and the tint guy walks up and says "Youre here for the two front windows?" I said "No sir, all including the windsheild strip" he replies " too bad, go see Tom then, goodbye" grabs my keys and drove into the garage. I went inside and talked to Tom who directed me to Tony who then talked to Tom and was supposed to tint all my windows. Pick up my Journey and TWO windows are tinted. Now my front two darker than the rest. Tom apologizes says its in his hands and he will call Monday to schedule the rest. No call on Monday. I call talk to Tony, Tom calls" I dont know why you start so much drama, 10am Saturday you got it." Hangs up. More
