Even though our part warranty exceeded the expiration date by less than a month, they refused to provide any discount. Then we had to take the truck back in the next day as the ASE “certified” mechanic date by less than a month, they refused to provide any discount. Then we had to take the truck back in the next day as the ASE “certified” mechanic forgot to connect a hose underneath. Tried to say it came loose on its own yet this connection cannot come undone by itself. We asked for a discount this time with the GM and were refused. We bought the truck from Antioch, had the first fuel pump replaced by them and the second fuel pump. No customer appreciation at all. We will NOT be returning to them in the future. We have already told our friends and family and will also post on all social media. Remember - an unhappy customer tells at least 100 people. More
