BEWARE! Nothing but tricksters and scammers at the Antioch CDJR dealership! 1. We agree on an “out the door” price with our salesman Angelo and “his finance Nothing but tricksters and scammers at the Antioch CDJR dealership! 1. We agree on an “out the door” price with our salesman Angelo and “his finance team” (that’s how he referenced them of $54,525.04 2. Angelo asks us to fill out a form for financing, running credit, etc. We ask him what the rates are with financing through their banks, he says around 7%. We respond by stating I have near perfect credit (849 score, next to no DTI, etc) so we will go to our Credit Union for a 3.49% rate and thus no need to run credit. Angelo INSISTS they can do a 3% rate and he and his “finance team” run our credit even though I never signed anything. 3. Over 4 hours later, and MULTIPLE times of us asking for our trade-in keys back, that we were tired of sitting around Angelo comes back and says the best rate any of their banks are offering is 7%. SMH! I told him it’s taken way too long as it is, and I was mad they ran credit knowing their rates were higher. But ok, we will go to our Credit Union in the morning (banks were all closed by this time) and we’d be back tomorrow. 4. Angelo hands us a Bill of Sale to take to our bank for financing with a price of about $65,000!! What!? This is not the price we agreed on, it’s about $10,000 over the final numbers we agreed on! They tell us they needed to add in our trade in and the numbers/pricing we agreed on didn’t list it. How does a vehicle that’s listed at about $58,000 on their website plus a trade in that they’re giving us $2000 more than the payoff plus TTL, come to just under $65,000 especially after we agreed on $54,525.04!? BEWARE! They keep your trade in keys with excuses for hours on why they aren’t giving them back to you, they try to play with numbers to make you think you’re getting a deal you’re not, and they provide all kinds of excuses on why you’re not talking to the finance team directly! More
