My Wife and I very much appreciated the sales portion of our visit and that technical problems that we found with the used Subaru Outback we were buying were taken care of immediately. Jasmine was very personable, engaging, and a joy to work with. First point of issue: The back and forth" haggling" and added fees that I question the validity of. I realize that this is the "norm" for dealership car sales, however it detracts from the experience for buyers with limited time. 2nd point of issue: Finishing the sale. We were cash buyers and the length of time just to complete the sale took a LOT longer than what seemed to be necessary. Total time spent at the dealership was around 4 hours. We came in to look at ONE car that we had found via the website. Paperwork time was almost half of that with no financing work needing to be done. 3rd point of issue: When we arrived home, we noticed oil spots being left by the vehicle. After investigation, we found that the oil drain plug was LOOSE. Though it is most likely no fault of the dealership, it would have also been nice to have been told of the damage to the driver's side door. (Whom ever did the body work needs more practice....) All in all, my Wife is happy with her car that replaced the Outback that was totaled and that's all that matters. More
