After setting up an appointment, brought in our Jeep Grand Altitud, to do an oilchange and balanced my tires. The customer service was very, they got my car done within timely manner. You can't trust them to tell you if something is under warranty. I was told my key fob was covered and waited almost 3 months for the key. Then they just admitted they messed up and that it wasn't actuall warranty. I was told my key fob was covered and waited almost 3 months for the key. Then they just admitted they messed up and that it wasn't actually covered. I'm going to complain on every site I can about this awful place.
