Disappointing experience. First, the car was originally registered in the Canadian market and never disclosed, there are some differences. Then it's the first time I've bought a car and had to spend $500 out of pocket to have it detailed the same week since it was conveniently dirty when I agreed to buy it and then discovered the finish on a 3-year-old car was not kept up and the hood decal so terrible that it had to be removed. As part of the detail, I had the inside cleaned and decided to check and replace the cabin filter and there was none even installed, so much for maintenance check. Then I located a GPS tracker from the last owner still attached. I brought it back a week later and walk past the sales guy and he didn't even know me after a 25k cash sale and walked past me twice. Service tells me the ext warranty I paid for doesn't kick in for 30 days which the business manager never said, luckily they fixed a couple of issues which I did appreciate. Now I'm waiting for them to fix the Carfax mileage they reported incorrectly from the visit before it affects value. I'm still deciding whether to change the headlight switch to a US switch since its one only sold in Canada. My fault for not demanding to see the Carfax before I agreed to purchase after buying cars for 40 years and only changed dealerships after locating a vehicle we could RV flat tow. More
