On the upside: I came in for a 10K mile check meaning oil/filter change and tire rotation. I added the 24GE engine /transmission module software update recall and the Car Net button activation recall. Al oil/filter change and tire rotation. To my surprise I went to pay and was told it was all free of charge. All employees involved were very courteous and professional. On the downside: They over serviced the engine oil during the change by about 1/3rd qt. I wasn't going to make a 50 mile round trip to have it drained so I did it myself in 5 minutes by siphoning it out it the dipstick. I work on cars all the timesot so it was no real biggy but it didn't need to happen. More

I had a safety recall they said it would take two hours so I was planning on waiting (I live out of town). When I got there they said it would take all day instead of 2 hours because they had overbooked ap so I was planning on waiting (I live out of town). I asked if they had cars available they said I would have to rent one from enterprise and pay $35. I also paid for gas for the rental and my car back and forth. When I got home two hours later they said my car was ready to be picked up. never going back to antelope valley Volkswagen again More

I have 2 other mechanics diagnosed the problem, it was power module, but they do not have the VW software to program the module, the dealer wants to charge for new mirror assembly, and new door latch moto power module, but they do not have the VW software to program the module, the dealer wants to charge for new mirror assembly, and new door latch motor, at almost triple the value of the quoted repairs of the other 2 mechanics. This is too expensive; missing the old service crew (Shamous, etc) More

Undoubtedly great work and service.
