Crooks, the lot of them. I purchased a Bolt EV with an extended warranty because I was told I could cancel the extended warranty before 60 days and I would be refunded. We spent a lot of back and forth trying to get my monthly payment as low as possible. The extended warranty added $40 a month to my payment, which is a lot of money as a full-time college student. Well, it turns out that even if I cancel the warranty, my monthly payment will not go back to what it was before. That should have been made clear. I'm cancelling the warranty immediately and am now EXTREMELY unsatisfied with my experiences with AV Chevy, namely James in finance. James, my mother may have upset you by implying you weren't trustworthy, but it turns out she was right. More
Our truck has been at this dealer for seven days for repairs and absolutely nothing has been done. Have not heard from the service department in two days. If the truck had not broke down on the freeway repairs and absolutely nothing has been done. Have not heard from the service department in two days. If the truck had not broke down on the freeway it would have gone to the dealer in Palmdale. Also they over charge for their so called inspection fees by by $25.00. We have AAA for 50 years and I will be calling them to tell them the shouldn’t recommend this dealership to their customers. More
I went in to sell my 2017 GMC Sierra Crew Cab SLE low mileage and in excellent condition. Customer service was nice but they lowballed the crap out of my truck by $10,000 when a man named Jack came to gi mileage and in excellent condition. "Oh well KBB is an illusion and shouldn't be used" "Oh the semi conducter problem is being solved so your truck is going to lose more value". He was trying to make me feel like rushing to sell my truck. Even told him Carvanna will give me more money for my truck and he looked shocked. I just told them to give me back my keys and left. Funny thing is they told me this is probably the best condition a person has ever brought in a vehicle. My recommendation is don't trust these crooks as one they don't care about KBB value and false advertise that they pay top dollar for vehicles. They wanted to buy my truck and make 20k profit off of me. BUYER AND SELLER BEWARE!!!! More
Brought my 2018 Silverado in for what should be warranty issue with transmission problems,got an appointment and vehicle still hasn't been looked at which is going on 2 days now. If I could give zero stars I would. Non-stop lying from their sales and managers and when you catch them in a lie all they could do is give you a blank stare. Worst absolutely worst dealer in my experience. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. I went to look at a 2500 truck. I was going to trade in my 2013 1500 that is in perfect shape. They tried offering some ridiculous trade in value. So I left and they continued to bug me for days in regards to buying the 2500. They promised they could get my payments where I wanted them to be. So I agreed to come in the following day to purchase the truck. On the actual day I was going to purchase the truck, 24 hours after the previous phone call, I texted the guy saying I will be there by at a set time & the sales man agreed. Then on my way the salesman texted me saying “we sold the truck this morning but you can buy this other truck.” Mind you, the other truck that he was then trying to sell me was a truck that I looked at & made clear that I did not want because I did not want a truck in that color. I would never recommend anyone to go here. They are a complete waste of time & will screw you at the end of it. This is a sham of a business. More
