Once the car arrived at the dealership he had all my paperwork filled out and simply awaiting my signature. He made the car buying a smooth, painless, and efficient process. Ed walked me through every inch of my new vehicle. The new technology my Forester came with was a bit overwhelming, but Ed left me confident in my ability to manage all the fancy new gadgetry. If I am ever in the market for a new vehicle or simply an upgrade, I will be back to Annapolis Subaru and hope Ed is there to assist me. More

The best car buying experience of my life Did not want to part with my very reliable but OLD Subaru. I knew a newer model was needed but dreaded the buying process based on past experiences wi Did not want to part with my very reliable but OLD Subaru. I knew a newer model was needed but dreaded the buying process based on past experiences with other dealerships. After searching online for several months for the right Subaru, I drove to Annapolis to see a Forester that appeared to fit. Expecting to encounter a pushy salesperson ready to pounce, I was in for a pleasant surprise. I met with Erik who could not have been nicer. He was low-key, understanding, patient with" the elderly", and very very helpful. The vehicle was just as listed online and I decided it would be my next reliable and new-er Subaru. Erik helped to figure out where the nearest branch of my Eastern Shore bank was located and did his part of the paperwork. Then I had the opportunity to meet with Joe in charge of finance. He was most helpful and seems to have a gift for keeping things lively for his co-workers too. He is a gem. Everyone was so pleasant that I have to give up my negative point of view about car dealers. I think Annapolis Subaru is in a class by itself. My thanks to everyone. There are more cows than people in my neighborhood but I will recommend you anyway. More
