If you're a service-member, this dealership honors USAA Preferred Pricing, and offers a substantial active duty discount which was competitive or better than USAA pricing depending on the particular car. Previously, I had purchased my last 3 vehicles loyally from a local Subaru dealer and saleswoman. In July, I finally noticed a certified Forester that met my standards 75 miles away, and was luckily able to place a deposit on the auto right after it was listed. At peak (buying, vacation) season with a slim staff, Sonja and Ryan communicated often and provided me with transparent details about the out of state purchase process, and put together an incredible deal. It included discounted OEM tires, swapping out a worn interior part, while individually replacing a worn mat. They even discounted some of the processing fees. The finance associate gave me the final report during a swift signing session; the list of savings was truly astonishing and well appreciated. To highlight their level of customer service, Sonja cleared her afternoon schedule to personally pick me up (in a sharp 2018 Impreza, wow) from the train station 30 minutes away from the dealership (since I wasn't trading) and coordinated everything seamlessly. Great experience at Annapolis Subaru! I initially contacted Annapolis Subaru because it was the only dealership I could find with a 2018 6-speed Crosstrek listed in their inventory. I wan I initially contacted Annapolis Subaru because it was the only dealership I could find with a 2018 6-speed Crosstrek listed in their inventory. I wanted to test drive it before I made a decision on model. I've owned Outbacks since they came out and a 86' Legacy wagon before that - all manual transmission. I really loved my 2005 Outback but needed something newer since my husband's car is a 99' Outback. I couldn't bring myself to buy an automatic. Andre contacted me immediately when the 6-speed was available for a test drive. He then scouted out a car in the trim and color I wanted. He was so responsive, thoughtful, & helpful. Joe Tyler was also great with the financing details. Both were such a pleasure to deal with. I hope they are still there when I go back for my next Subaru in another 10 - 12 years! More

They did not have the trim and color in stock, but quickly got one from another dealership to accommodate my schedule. Erik took time to make sure I understood everything I was getting with my new Impreza and how everything works. I was also able to take care of my credit application beforehand to speed up the process day of. Bob, in finance, was great as well. I felt no pressure to add or buy additional coverage or packages.
