Came with an Uber left with a new Subaru! The sales rep that helped me was Kevin and he was great very knowledgeable and made sure I knew everything about the car I was getting ready to purchase. I did come on a Saturday and it was really busy so there was some wait time before I could see the finance department; however the lounge area is nice and they had free hot chocolate coffee latte tea or whatever else you wanted. More

Amazing experience! This is my 4th Subaru and 2nd brand new car. My last car buying experience was horrible but I was in a bind so I went through with the whole thing. Several months later I happened to meet Andre at a Maryland Subaru Club meeting and we have remained in contact ever since. I knew when I made the decision to buy again that he was going to be the person who I worked with. It was a completely different and comfortable experience. Andre is very friendly and professional. He made sure all of my questions were answered and made sure I got all the features I needed. We ended up having to order my Forester which meant there was some time before it’s actual delivery, Andre made sure that I was kept updated on the ETA and notified me as soon as it was delivered. I couldn’t be happier with Andre, the staff at Annapolis Subaru and my buying experience. I will be a repeat customer when the time comes to buy again. More
