Outstanding Service Experience This was by far the best experience I’ve ever had with an automobile service department. My vehicle was less than a month old when the dash screen This was by far the best experience I’ve ever had with an automobile service department. My vehicle was less than a month old when the dash screen went black. Although I didn’t have an appointment, I took my car to Bayside Nissan ( where I had originally purchased the vehicle) right away. It was about 9:45 am on a Saturday morning when I arrived. My salesman Jim B. Was in the show room and I explained the problem I was having. He came out and examined my car personally and then asked me to take my car around to the service department. He met me in the service department and brought out Dennis Soriano. Jim explained the problem to him. Dennis was extremely helpful. He got me set up in a rental car and told me that my car would be looked at on Monday. He mentioned that there was an engineer that was going to be there on Monday that he would have look at my vehicle. I was out the door within a half hour of arriving WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT!!! I was contacted early Monday morning to let me know that my vehicle was ready to be picked up. I cannot say enough good things about this service department and dealership! They made a bad situation much easier and I can’t thank them enough! More

Easy, no pressure buying experience I came in for an oil change with the idea that maybe I would look at other cars. I was asked if I would like to get a trade in estimate for my car by I came in for an oil change with the idea that maybe I would look at other cars. I was asked if I would like to get a trade in estimate for my car by Anthony Hook. I said sure and left my car. When I came back to pick my car up, Anthony was ready with the vehicle appraisal. We went over the appraisal together and Anthony made everything very easy to understand. I decided I did want another car and we looked at a few models. It was a huge waste of my time and energy, because once I got to the finance stage they could not get me a lower interest rate. I was very disappointed because I was misled and lied too. Great customer service made my purchase easy!
