The gentleman who helped me with paperwork, told me he was looking at being the new GM very soon and we’ll deserved I might add, very personable, calm demeanor and made sure i had no question unanswered. Willing to do what it takes. There were only two miscues and, I think, it was due primarily to my lack of specificity. I ordered floor mats and just assumed that they would be the carpeted kind which I had in my previous Frontier truck. They turned out to be rubber mats. The bed extender which I purchased was not the full-width kind that I had expected; they installed the kind with the corners cut at an angle thereby reducing the width of the load capacity. Again, I just assumed it would be the same as the one I had installed on my previous Frontier truck. I can't really fault the dealership since I did not specify exactly what I wanted. More

The best no hassle, professional dealership in the area. Everyone in the dealership is very friendly and professional. They wanted me to walk away being happy with my purchase. No hidden costs that you discovered once you talked to the finance guy. Jason, the finance guy, showed me all of the different warranties that I could buy but didn't try to overly sale me which helped because normally I don't buy warranties from the dealer and I walked away with a couple of warranties. Kevin, my salesman, was very patient. I even told him that I need 24 hours to think about it and he did not try to push me to make the decision that day like a lot of dealerships do. On the day of the purchase, I changed my mind regarding the color and even though he had the car ready for me it did not even phase him that I wanted a different color. I saw no sign of annoyance. The service department is the best ever (my previous car was also a Nissan). Dawn, my service advisor, is the best! She is very professional and friendly. The service department is very clean and all of the staff is personable and professional. Their appointment schedule is appropriately spaced out and the service on your car is finished when promised. I went to another Nissan dealership closer to my home and the service room was jam packed with customers which is why I go all the way to Annapolis for service instead of the dealership closer to my home. If I could give this dealership more than a 5 star rating I would. More

Recent purchase of a used Nissan Altima SL I was greeted promptly by Michael O'Neill and he showed me a used Altima that he thought I might like. He explained the difference between the SL and SV models. We went for a test drive. I had driven a rental 2018 Nissan Altima SL and liked it very much and planned to buy one. The dealership was easy to find. Michael was very knowledgeable and answered my questions and showed me several more features of the car. I didn't look at any other cars that day. I agreed to buy the car I test drove. Turns out it was a 2015 with very low mileage. Robin handled the financing and she kept within my budget. Since I wasn't trading my old car, the manager Larry Signora arranged for me to drive it home with temporary tags with an employee following to take me back to the dealership to drive my new car home. I returned a few days later with my deposit check and Matt Kniseley answered a few more questions about my new car. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. More
