AWFUL SERVICE DEPT! Do not take your vehicle here! I dropped my vehicle off one evening because I thought there was an issue with the window. It would intermittently go u Do not take your vehicle here! I dropped my vehicle off one evening because I thought there was an issue with the window. It would intermittently go up and down, not go up all the way, and finally just died. I've had the vehicle for 3 months - it's a 2018 with 22k miles - well under mileage and age on the original factory warranty. I received a call from "Brady," who stated I needed to call Nissan USA to get approval on the warranty fix. He stated the reason the window wasn't going up was due to "ashes" from cigarettes. I purchased the vehicle used; I've had it for three months. He was defiant in this, so I did call Nissan USA and spoke with two amazing agents. Both stated that it was unreasonable for this dealership to even have me CALL them regarding this and while it's not a mechanical issue, it's clear that it IS something Nissan would cover. They put in a case not only for the car but also on the service advisors, who handled this. I called this dealership back and spoke with Brady again explaining what I had been told. I asked for his name, and he said he did not make the final decision. I asked to speak to whoever did. The service advisor's name is Anthony Biba. He's been with them for six months. I explained the situation; and his retort was, "I can't see when you purchased the vehicle or anything about it, so what do you expect me to do?" *Side note: I worked for BMW for over 4.5 years, so I knew right then it was a flat out lie.* He then said, "I can only see that it was a rental before." I pulled a CarFax on this vehicle before purchase. It was detailed in service, when it was sold/transferred, etc. When I brought this up, he yelled, "I can't see the CarFax; only our service manager can. So, you want to just come get the vehicle from us?" - In other words, I took that as - 'Come get your vehicle.' I'm not sure HOW you interview your employees but I've had nothing but bad service overall from here. Brady was completely clueless - and so was your extremely rude, degrading, unprofessional service advisor - ANTHONY BIBA. We are taking our business elsewhere, and we will definitely be contacting Dennis Soriano and CC'ing Geoff and Mark Wanamaker. I already spoke with another dealer and explained the situation. They will take over. Nissan has put a case for investigation regarding the way I, as a customer, was treated - and if the guidelines were followed properly. While it IS Nissan's right to evaluate - and reasonably ask for Nissan to review and approve it to be covered - the way this was handled was truly ridiculous. How do I know? Two supervisors from Nissan USA said so themselves. The executive offices will be getting the notes regarding this. More

After finding a car on Auto Trader, I submitted an inquiry and Kalyn reached out to me. Let's just say this was the best sales conversation I had over the phone. She was very patient and pleasant and assured me that I was in good hands. I made an appointment to meet with the dealership the next day. Kalyn greeted me and my family (5 - myself, husband, daughters (2), and father-in law) with the most amazing smile. It was at this moment, I looked at my husband and said.. She just sold a car with her smile (lol) Kalyn then introduced us to Mark Erbling who assisted with our purchase. Mark was absolutely amazing, he knew everything about the car we wanted to purchase and took his time to explain every detail from A-Z leaving NOTHING out. Okay, now Mark just sold a car based off knowledge (lol) I joked with everyone stating Mark should write a book about Nissans.. He was so educated and didn't mind spreading his wealth of knowledge; more than a salesman, more like a family member doing his best to get his family into a car that was safe, efficient, and reliable! We noted we would bring our car to Bay Side Nissan of Annapolis for service; therefore, Mr. Erbling introduced myself and husband to the service department. My husband and myself have collectively purchased 4 cars before this experience, and have NEVER been introduced to anyone other than those needed to "seal the deal." My husband asked the manager if he could leave Mr. Erbling with a tip that's how amazing and welcoming he was. While we waited for Brian Shannon (finance) to work his magic Kalyn continued to check on, and assure us that all was well. Mr. Bryan Shannon in finance was also amazing. He took his time with us; explained all the details of financing decisions, and the importance of the WARRANTIES, especially the bumper to bumper coverage in which my husband did not want to purchase the car without. During the time of walking back and forth.. My kids sat in the lobby: Kalyn and Mark assured us they would be okay. Usually, when conducting business they are right there with us; however, we felt they were safe here and allowed them to sit in the waiting room. Did I mention I received TOP DOLLAR for my trade... Yes, TOP DOLLAR!!! This place is amazing. I would recommend them to the entire country... live in LA come on to Bayside Nissan.. It'll be worth your trip. More

A couple of hours later I was driving a beautiful white Altima - newer and fewer miles than my trade. A few days later, my windshield washer fluid would not come out to clear the windshield. I took the car back and the Service department jumped right on it and put in a new pump and 20 minutes later I walked out the door. All is great. They took care of everything. I enjoy my new-to-me car every day! More

He greeted us immediately upon entering the dealership, before we even entered the building. He introduced himself,gave us some info on himself. Then he offered us to go inside to go thru the computer instead of walking around in the rain. Carlton walked us through each and every step. Everything went so smooth, we got the car we wanted, the price we wanted and the best service ever. And it did not take all night. The finance department was great as well. Everyone did a fantastic job. More
