Annapolis Nissan

I have a 2008 Nissan Altima with 75K miles. This was my first visit to this dealer. Valvoline informed me when they changed my oil that my serpentine belt was frayed and required replacement. I called the service shop at 7:45 am on Monday 1/21/2013 and requested an appointment for that day, hoping they could fit me in. The woman who answered the phone could not have been nicer. She took my information and put it in the computer and asked how quickly I could get there. I arrived approx 15 minutes later and was greeted immediately by Mike Ziegler. Mike was courteous, kind and efficient. He looked up my information in the computer and checked my car in promptly. I told him what I needed done and also asked if they could check for any other problems. I had hit some road debris rather hard a few days back and worried I had done unseen damage to the car. They ran the car through diagnostics and an alignment check and he came back and said the only other problem found was alignment was off and he showed me the report. I gave them permission to fix both problems and sat to wait in the waiting room. The waiting room was clean with a TV, comfortable chairs, coffee and internet access. They had my work complete by 9:57am and I was back on the road. Overall, this was a very positive experience. Thank you Mike and the Sheehy Annapolis service team! More

I must say, I was most impressed with Anthony's customers service. He was very knowledgeable and helpful with helping me purchase the right car. He was very friendly in a genuine way and I never felt he was fake (just trying sell me a car). I have never owned a Nissan and did a lot of research on their cars ultimately deciding on the Altima. I picked Sheehy in Annapolis because it is close to our house and what a lucky break that was. I can not say enough good things about the dealership. Everyone went out of their way to make it a pleasant experience. I went into this new purchase with the same thoughts most people have about car dealers/salesmen. How wrong I was. The finance guy Hal never pressured us into buying anything extra like extended warranties etc. We did end up getting the VIP service which will pay for itself. I highly recommend anyone interested in purchasing a new car to go see the sales staff at Sheehy. I hope that my experience with the service of my Altima will be the same. I have no doubt it will. Yesterday I went out pricing new 2012 Nissan Pathfinders. I left driving out in a brand new one! The service was excellent. Everyone at the dealership made the purchase seamless & painless. Anthony, the sales agent knew the vehicle inside and out. He had it pulled up front and waiting there for me to test drive when I arrived. The manager worked with me to get the trade value that I wanted for my existing vehicle. They made me an offer that I couldn't refuse. They found the exact color scheme that I wanted and even though they didn't have it on the lot, they found one locally and had it delivered to the dealership in a short period of time. The financing was quick & efficient. Anthony took care of everything including transferring all of my personal belongings from my old car into my new one & even went so far as to program the radio in my new car with the same stations that I had in my old car. I left satisfied, happy and confident that I could call on Anthony and the dealership for any problems or concerns that might arise down the road. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone that is in the market for a new car. More

When I went in to 'talk' to him about that car yesterday, he had already had it delivered to the store. As it turns out, it was indeed the right car for me. I bought it and I love it. A Nissan Murano Platinum. I never felt pressured to 'make a deal'. And I felt the deal I received was a good one. Anthony spent 40 minutes showing me all of the many features in my beautiful new car. He took the time to connect my phone to blue tooth and create and load a Pandora account. More
