I had a wonderful experience buying my "first" new car at SheehyNissan - Annapolis. I felt that I received extra special attention from two of the employees there -- Nate and Anthony. I emailed an inquiry and internet manager Ted Bodnar got back to me within minutes. He answered all my questions and promised to follow up with pictures when the photographer was finished. I hade them within a 2 hours. Neither my son nor husband were with me so i didn't want to waste too much of anyone's time since we would have to come back at least once more. Ted however very patiently answered all my questions and took me for a test drive. I never felt rushed. When my son and husband came back in, he answered all their questions and made sure my son was comfortable and understood the cars features before he drove it. Ted also presented them with a few other choices and helped them choose the best fit. My son is very happy with his Versa. My only complaint is they wouldn't budge on price, (thats their policy ) but after scouring the market for 2 monthes, I think I've seen enough & can say the car was well priced. Our experience at Sheehy Nissan was positive and we will recommend them to anyone looking. More

Anthony was exceptional. He was honest with me and always made sure he was giving me factual answers. He kept in touch with me over several months and was always friendly never pushy or overbearing. Although I could have purchased the vehicle from multiple places, I am very happy that we chose Sheehy Nissan of Annapolis. By far my best purchasing experience and it was FUN! Everyone we met was friendly, great employee camaraderie. The car was spotless, beautiful and fully fueled. All my wireless devices were programmed and features of the car fully explained, Anthony did a great tutorial. The price was fair and I drove away elated with my purchase and so was my husband. While waiting for my car, I strolled into the showroom to look at the new cars. Because I had such a good experience with Allison when I bought the Maxima, I explained to her that as much as I loved the Maxima, I was never really comfortable with it because it was too big for me to drive comfortably in DC traffic (more a comment about my driving skills, than the maneuverability of the Maxima). She suggested that I think seriously about buying an Altima. I didn't want to take a huge loss on my beautiful, fully loaded Maxima, so I was hesitant to do that. She immediately did the numbers and came up (within minutes) a viable, and very fair solution to my problem. She's a fast thinker and a no BS person, with total loyalty to Sheehy and to the Nissan brand. She’s a real gem, and Sheehy is lucky to have her! More
I went to the New Nissan Dealership this morning for a broken seat monitor. Overall, the new Nissan Dealership is fabulous. I was very impressed with the new building. I have a 2008 Nissan Altima with 75K miles. This was my first visit to this dealer. Valvoline informed me when they changed my oil that my serpentine belt was frayed and required replacement. I called the service shop at 7:45 am on Monday 1/21/2013 and requested an appointment for that day, hoping they could fit me in. The woman who answered the phone could not have been nicer. She took my information and put it in the computer and asked how quickly I could get there. I arrived approx 15 minutes later and was greeted immediately by Mike Ziegler. Mike was courteous, kind and efficient. He looked up my information in the computer and checked my car in promptly. I told him what I needed done and also asked if they could check for any other problems. I had hit some road debris rather hard a few days back and worried I had done unseen damage to the car. They ran the car through diagnostics and an alignment check and he came back and said the only other problem found was alignment was off and he showed me the report. I gave them permission to fix both problems and sat to wait in the waiting room. The waiting room was clean with a TV, comfortable chairs, coffee and internet access. They had my work complete by 9:57am and I was back on the road. Overall, this was a very positive experience. Thank you Mike and the Sheehy Annapolis service team! More
