Service department was very friendly and took care of me immediately. Offered to give me a ride across the street so I could get breakfast while my car was being worked on. Once work was nearly complete they gave me a call letting me know it was almost done, giving me time to walk back over they had it wrapped up and freshly washed waiting to be picked up. Again Gino was around the lot and asked how my visit was and showed me an answer to one of my small questions and sent me on my way with a smile on my face. Would recommend to anyone, this coming from someone who is normally very hesitant to go to a dealer for fear of bad attitudes and steep prices, this was far from that on all fronts. More

Great experience from start to finish I was put in touch with Bayside Nissan through USAA's car buying service sponsored through the "true car" website. Bayside was one of the first dealer I was put in touch with Bayside Nissan through USAA's car buying service sponsored through the "true car" website. Bayside was one of the first dealerships to reach out to me and didn't pressure me into getting to the dealership ASAP; they remained patient and understanding of my situation (I wanted to do more research on them and the car). Another dealership that I was in touch with kept beating their price and Dallas did some magic and somehow got me a great price on the car I wanted that other dealership just couldn't match. Steve Seek answered all of my questions and explained everything too me prior to signing the paperwork; he was extremely attentive and professional with me. The whole staff there were extremely polite and professional, I walked through the whole dealership and I couldn't have been more impressed. After I completed the deal and the car was mine, my wife wanted to take a look at a Pathfinder so Dallas handed us a set of keys to take one on a test drive by ourselves while he took care of another customer. He didn't try to pressure me into buying a new car (my wife is still under a lease with Honda); however, after this experience with Bayside Nissan, I'll definitely be coming back to buy another car with them when my wife's lease is up on her Honda.
