Fantastic First Time Buyer Experience I am a 26year old woman and yesterday was my very first car buying experience. My car was totaled and I needed a new one as most of my job is driving I am a 26year old woman and yesterday was my very first car buying experience. My car was totaled and I needed a new one as most of my job is driving to and from locations to see clients or for crisis response. I visited a couple places to look at cars before I realized that I really wanted the Nissan Versa Note. I then visited another Nissan dealership to test drive the vehicle, and that dealership was not the best, but when I went to Bayside Nissan I was blown away by how wonderful they were. We decided to get the car from Bayside and ordered through TrueCar. Walking in we were greeted by Kalyn who was incredibly friendly and helpful. She helped us get set up to talk with financing. Before entering the financing, Kalyn and Warren Paugh went through pricing with me and actually worked to make sure I got the best deal available to me. I had done my research, but they caught another discount that I was eligible for (but didn't know about) and made sure that I got it. I then worked with Soleiman in financing. He was incredibly friendly and helpful as we signed all the paperwork. Once the paperwork was completed Gino Coiro helped me get acquainted with the car and answered all of my many questions. Overall it was a wonderful car buying experience. I got the car I wanted for a better price than I expected, and I never felt intimidated or taken advantage of. I would highly recommending purchasing a car through Bayside Nissan. More

We walked away with everything we wanted, at a more than agreeable rate. I've only ever driven Nissans, and every Nissan I purchase henceforth will only be bought here. 10/10 Would Recommend. More

Saturday morning was the very first time I ever stepped foot into a Nissan dealership. I had "anticipated" the usual routine you find in most dealerships, was I ever wrong for having that preformed misconception! I was met at Bayside Nissan of Annapolis by Gino with a great big smile who made me feel right at ease. Gino took the time to find out what my new vehicle requirements and desires were before we proceeded. To be fair Gino offered me a variety of beverages first (I took advantage of the coffee, it was fabulous). We looked at inventory which filled my criteria. Warren the business manager was very professional and courteous as well. As a college/university professor for 25+ years I have written and taught customer service. I used to stress 3 things in my curriculum: 1.) Marketing creates demand 2.) Selling creates transactions 3.) Service creates customers The entire team and Nissan far exceeded the above criteria because anyone can conduct items #1 and #2, but the GREAT customer service provided to me yesterday has created a life-long customer, that's the relationship started yesterday! Bayside put me in the perfect vehicle and never made me feel uncomfortable or used high pressure sales tactics you might find elsewhere. My first time in a Nissan dealership and Bayside totally exceeded my expectations in a most positive fashion.
