Fantastic!! I found these lovely people by accident and so glad I did. Just a random employer discount program offering True Car made me curious as I was just lo I found these lovely people by accident and so glad I did. Just a random employer discount program offering True Car made me curious as I was just looking for a new Sentra and waiting for one that I liked to come in stock locally. True Car referred me to about 5 dealerships and Bayside immediately responded with several cars that matched what I wanted and they offered the best price. Other dealers had lame responses saying checking inventory or just wanted to call me repeatedly and had nothing in stock close to what I wanted and their prices were not competitive. I decided to drive 45 minutes to Bayside see this car and to find out what the catch was? There was no catch. It was a dream come true! My exact car at the best price, the best financing and the nicest people you would ever want to meet. Craig, Damon and Sherry are terrific and I would make this drive to have this experience every time I need a new car. Love You!! More

Almost perfect. The customer service here was great.... Alex, Warren and Dawn in service were excellent. .. I didn't give it a 5 star because the car had some scratches and dings.... They did allow me to bring the car back to have it repaired..... But it was more like a quick fix with touch-up paint. But I blame myself for not looking the car over like I should have. They did fix the ding in the door. You couldn't even tell it was there. Even though I wasn't fully satisfied with the fix. I wasn't angry. Because Dawn in service is a caring , friendly lady. She is down to earth. Her customer service is 100%. She plays no games. I love it! Alex is a patient and kind guy. He was nice and he wasn't overly pushy. Awesome guy. Warren was great as well. High energy and wasn't going to let me leave without a car.. All in all my experience was great. I have been telling everyone a-bout Bay-side . I am glad a coworker at the bank I work at referred them to me . I love 2014-Altima S. I just wish I had free oil changes and tire rotations like I did with my trade in. Can't have it all. Lol! Great staff !! More

In the end I got a great deal on a new Altima and the whole experience was stress free and I would have to say enjoyable. Thanks to Craig Boone the finance part was also painless and without pressure. Overall I recommend Bayside Nissan to anyone looking for a new car. They will treat your right!!! I had the pleasure of completing my purchase with Kalyn Shean; who proved to be a knowledgeable and communicative sales consultant. I initially inquired about the vehicle a week before I could actually make it to the dealership for a test drive due to scheduling issues. I even had to cancel at one point; However Kalyn still corresponded and gave me a day by day status of the 2 vehicles in question without pressuring or being pushy. The finance portion and signing of the documents with Craig Boone was enjoyable and I was pleasantly surprised at his efficiency in having all the associated documents prepared and ready to go to get me happily on the road.
