Amazing!!! Bayside Nissan was there for me when I needed them the most. They have serviced my 2006 Nissan Altima for years. Unfortunately the transmission in tha Bayside Nissan was there for me when I needed them the most. They have serviced my 2006 Nissan Altima for years. Unfortunately the transmission in that car decided to stop working and I was devastated. I had to make a quick decision as to whether I was going to replace the transmission or purchase a new car. I decided to purchase a new Nissan Altima. I called Kalyn Shean (salesperson) and she found the exact car that I was looking for and more. I was looking for a basic Altima; but, ended up with a loaded Altima for a great price. I could not ask for much more. The Bayside Nissan staff from the Sales Department to the Service Department have been nothing but accommodating to me. Amazing experience!!!! When I test drove the rogue I absolutely loved the car but I wanted to wait to see what my other options were. The care and time they took to show me different features put me at ease. It has been a few days since I purchased the vehicle and I have gotten follow up calls and even help with how to program things in the vehicle. We were able to work quickly and relatively transparently across all pieces of the process (Sales, Sales Mgr, Finance) to work something out and I drove off the lot at 11 in a new car. I appreciated their courtesy and willingness to complete the deal (even though I was willing to come back the next day). It all started with the online salesperson who was very helpful and responsive and carried forward through the whole process. It's great that when my kids describe the car, they say "I want to ride in the BAYSIDE Nissan". And I'm happy and proud to include the name of the dealer in the title of our car. More

Beyond exceptional service! when I entered the doors of Bayside I had already visited another dealer and was less then pleased with the service. When I entered I was greeted imm when I entered the doors of Bayside I had already visited another dealer and was less then pleased with the service. When I entered I was greeted immediately by Mr. Braxton, I told him what I was Looking for, he excused himself to check the inventory. Meanwhile, Mr. Bullock, sales manager, came over and introduced himself and let me know there were snacks and beverages available if I cared for any. Mr. Braxton then pulled up with the delivery van I was looking for. It was raining so Mr. Braxton pulled it around to the breezeway so I wouldn't have to go outside. Small gesture but made a huge impact seeing that the other dealer had me walking to several cars in the rain! Needless to say, I made a purchase. Mr. Braxton and Mr. Bullock worked diligently to find the exact vehicle, in the right color and most importantly, the right price! There was no game playing, I had a price and they were willing to match it. Could not have been more pleased! More

Went over and beyond and I am not an easy customer I went to Bayside to look at a car. When I arrived, I found I had gone to the wrong Bayside location. I jumped in the car and called the correct Ann I went to Bayside to look at a car. When I arrived, I found I had gone to the wrong Bayside location. I jumped in the car and called the correct Annapolis location to tell them that I was on my way. I was 45 mins away and they closed in 30 mins. Todd Czartoryski told me to come on and he would wait. When I arrived, he greeted us and introduced us to his Manager AND finance person (which also waited after closing). I haggled and bickered back and fourth for an hour or so until I was comfortable with the price. I didn't leave until 10:30pm (2.5 hours after they closed) and they all STILL smiled as I left with our new car. I am not a fan of many dealerships. but I have to say that I would work with them again. More
