Kalyn processed all the financing and paperwork, answered all my questions, and remained patient, cheerful & helpful. Not a drop of pressure; she just made the buying process as smooth as any other purchase in a store. Fabulous woman-to-woman service. Took 90 minutes max to close deal on the perfect car for me. Bayside is SO fortunate to have her on their team! I googled her today because of that outstanding prior experience and would work with her again no doubt, if I were not brand-loyal and looking for a repeat purchase of exactly the same hybrid product. I live in Annapolis, so I decided to shop locally first. I met Kayln at Bayside. She was extremely pleasant and was able to put me at ease, as it was my first time buying a car. She was very knowledgeable about the different options I could have given my preferences and limited budget. She didn't hassle me like other dealerships would or pressure me into making a deal. However, she did keep me informed and was available to answer any of my questions whenever they came up. I ended up buying a Jeep from Bayside and I'm extremely happy with it. Kalyn still makes time to answer any of my questions even after the sale. I felt like I bought a car from an old friend rather than a complete strangers. Thanks so much! More

Best service experience I selected this dealership to bring in my Sentra for service based largely on the positive reviews they have online. I was not disappointed at all. In fact, the service I got at Bayside Nissan exceeded my expectations. I dropped my car off in the morning for a transmission service and coolant flush. I asked if the shuttle could drop me off at my office downtown. They said the shuttle had just left so they had an employee drive me to my office in one of the demo vehicles. When I came back to pick my car up, there was no wait at all. Everything was done and I was in and out in under 5 minutes. I would say that having taken my car to other Nissan dealers in the past, as well as having bought new and used cars from other dealerships, that this place runs like a machine. They were well staffed, busy, and every employee was helpful and attentive. I was greeted by no less than 4 people and when I paid for the work, the cashier went over my bill and explained everything. I will definitely continue to use Bayside Nissan for service. More

Great Experience I am 20 years old, and this was the first time buying a new car. The employees were super nice and helpful. Only thing I didn't like was that when I purchased the car, there was no passenger side floor mat, but no worries. They bought me one and shipped it to me! And, there was no windshield washer fluid in the tank at all. While this isn't a big deal, it would have been nice if they did fill it up before the customer leaves the lot. I know other dealerships that fill it up. Other than those 2 issues, the sales was quick and non-stressful! They worked with my needs/demands and I came out with a new car that same day. More

I decided to go to Bayside and am very glad that I did. From the moment my wife and I entered the showroom, we were given a warm welcome and treated with respect. Kevin was our salesman and every question my wife and I had, he answered to our satisfaction. Kevin showed us several trims of the Altima that were available and my wife and I were very pleased that each option presented fit our needs and several of our wants. We also worked with Warren, who ensured that our payments weren't higher than what we wanted. Warren made us comfortable and the process for financing was easy. I couldn't be more pleased. We also worked with Jim, who advised on features and add-ons that would enhance the ownership of our new vehicle. Kevin also made sure to sign us up for various programs through Nissan, like the Owner's Portal, as well as showing us how to work the many features that came with our Altima. The employees at Bayside Nissan of Annapolis were professional, courteous, warm, inviting, friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and straightforward. I don't know if I would have received the same type of service at the dealership close to my home, but I'm a fan of Bayside and can't picture myself going anywhere else. I love my Altima and look forward to working with the folks at Bayside Nissan of Annapolis again in the future! More
