Twenty days after buying the car it would not start (20 February). Called the dealer but as of today (3 March). I have heard NOTHING from the dealer. The repairs cost me a day of wages in order to get it repaired. No clear information about warranty was ever given. More

I unde I've purchased vehicles before and I've had some good experiences and some bad. But at bat Nissan it was amazing from the beginning to the end. I understand that their job is to sell cars but they made me feel beyond welcomed. My credit situation wasn't the best and they made me feel like I had the highest score that they have ever seen. Curtious/warm/friendly/polite and very loving. I recommend everyone to visit them and experience it for themselves. Between Bruce(salesman) jim(sales manager) and I can't forget Troy(finance) it was a wonderful car buying experience. BAY FOR LIFE!!!! More

They showed me new models but in the end I fell in love with a pre owned vehicle and I feel as though I got a fabulous car with very little hassle. More

Lotsa room for Improvement Re Used Car Sales: Decided to respond to a advertised sale of a 2016 Chrysler T&C both via an email they sent to me and on TrueCar. Truecar listed p Re Used Car Sales: Decided to respond to a advertised sale of a 2016 Chrysler T&C both via an email they sent to me and on TrueCar. Truecar listed price with certificate as $19,200 Went to see vehicle and it was being used by the GM's wife so had to wait a day for it to be brought in The vehicle has been listed for sale for 53 days Dealer seems to have different idea of the price when you get there In fact the dealer gave me in writing a quote for the vehicle presuming it had all of the listed options they advertised it with also on the TrueCar certificate. 1) MSRP - $21,450.00 2) Bayside Discount -$2,555.00 3) Adjusted Price - $18,895.00 4) Reconditioning Fee+ $995.00 5) Proc/Doc Fees + $300.00 6) Total Taxes +$1,211.41 7) Government Fee + $345.00 8) Amount Due $21,744.95 This manner of configuring a price in fact does not add to $19,200.00 as listed in the TrueCar certificate It adds too $20,635.00 Fees suddenly are coming outta no where..why would a leased rental vehicle 10 mths old with 27K on it need 1000K worth of reconditioning ? Hmm Next I drove the vehicle ...spent an hour trying to go through all the options listed as on it to see if they worked ..Starting with the heated steering wheel, then heated leather seats and then the remote key start..couldn't find the buttons to operate these So I looked at the manual in the glove box only to discover much to my surprise many of the options listed as on this vehicle in fact are not on the vehicle . Returned to dealer to have a chat ...with salesperson who asks me what do I thin k ..I suggest we sit I had highlighted in pink all the options not found on vehicle. The sales person looking at it says whats wrong are you telling me those options not on it ? I hadnt said anything yet ...Hmm that raised suspicion for me ..Now I see on here others have had similar experiences So I'm advised I need to tell the sales manager as well which I proceed to do as I review all the options missing ..wondering how if the GM is driving it they wouldn't know this ? The dealer claims they use software that takes the VIN number to populate the data and it should know what options are on the vehicle when they advertise them ..It seems that no one verifies the info or checks anything ..They also claim that they are not a Chrysler dealer per se, They sell all kinds of used vehicles so they don't know all the option levels etc on . It seems to me that if your licensed to sell used vehicles you need to know what your selling and you need to advertise it properly It feels like a bait and switch and false advertising to me The dealer claims the Model is a "2016 Town n Country Touring Van LWB Passenger Van" In fact eventually I figured out that it is a base Town and Country -Touring , not a Touring L and it does not have any kind of extended wheel base. The dealer advised me that LWB stood for "Long Wheel Base " or extended wheel base which there is no such thing on this model .The dimensions are standard and the same to all 2016 T & C Levels of trim. This is old language used on older mini vans The mileage is now approximately 30K not 27,500K The following options are stated as on this vehicle in their advertisement and were not on it Features: 1) Driver Convenience Group, 2) 40GB Hard Drive w/28GB Available, 6 Speakers, 3) DVD-Audio, MP3 decoder, Radio data system, 4) Radio - 430 5) Remote keyless entry, 6) Headphones, 7) Traction control, 8) Keyless Enter-N-Go, 9) Remote Proximity Keyless Entry, 10) Bright Door Handles, 11) Touring Suspension,12) Compass, 13) Heated Steering Wheel, 14) Remote Start System, 15) Heated Front Seats, 16) Heated Seats, I expressed my concern that as a returning customer. Folks is this the type of service you really want to offer your prior and current customers ? There is no excuse to outright lying like this As I prior customer with a VIP contract on my my Nissan I had never been to keen on their service dept ..wanting to charge for a person to drive my Nissan to tell me why vibration in wheel when its under the 5 yr Gold Preferred Nissan warranty. Told me the mold on the rubber window door and roof molding was from driving it in acid rain ...really thats the oldest quote in book when you don't want to fix something ..July 2016 tried to get in for the oil change on my VIP plan was told they were fully booked for 2 days ...couldnt get me in till 3rd day ..Ended up going elsewhere ..Never been too keen on service here .. I recognize this isn't a perfect word but this certainly is alot of options that are are not on the van One would think if the GM and his wife were driving this one would know if the seats and steering wheel were heated or not. Thankful I took time to check it out and hadnt purchased this vehicle only to find out all options were not on it ..Unfortunately, was a total waste of my time and energy and the salesperson and I would not recommend nor return More
