Thanks again for you help this week with a Loaner and fixing my SUV's Truck closure issue!! I know of no other dealership in the Annapolis/DMV that would help me as much as these owners "truly" care about Customer Satisfaction. Plan to purchase another SUV with them again!!!! More

First time customer, I called around 1:30pm and set my appointment for 5pm today! I get there ten minutes before my scheduled services and had a nice conversation with one of the service guys. He takes my appointment for 5pm today! I get there ten minutes before my scheduled services and had a nice conversation with one of the service guys. He takes my car keys and gives me a ticket with a number on it and takes my car to the back to be serviced…so I thought. I’m sitting in the waiting room for one whole hour, and someone says hey ma’am are you here for a service? I ask them where my car is and show them my ticket number. They said no one ever checked you in for services and we are closing. Wow, this has NEVER HAPPENED TO ME BEFORE. I will be contacting the manager, Dave Scott, tomorrow. He definitely needs to hear about how this service center dropped the ball. I was livid, but gathered my things calmly and left calmly. THEY WILL BE HEARING FROM ME! More
