Fixed my car!!! Hundreds of dollars, and many many hours of frustration down the drain i was no closer to finding out what was wrong with my 2008 Elantra. I called Annapolis Hyundai and talked to Jacob and it was fantastic. He stayed on the phone long enough to explain everything to me and what we thought could be what is wrong with my car. Then when i brought it in a wonderfully kind man, Reggie, was the driver of the Shuttle that i took to the mall (so i wouldnt have to wait in the waiting room). I was called throughout the process to update me on any new finds, and what i would want to do about whatever they did find. Finally, when my car was fixed (and it has been perfect ever since, for the first time in a year and a half) i paid a price i thought was fair and i even got the opportunity to talk to the mechanic, Allen is his name, and he explained what was wrong with my car and how they fixed it. Even what to look for just incase something else is wrong. Very thorough, kinda and knowledgeable. I will be coming here from now on, and it is now the only place i trust! More

One day, wh On several occasions my home dealership could not "replicate" a/c problems that I was experiencing at highway speeds in my 2013 Santa Fe. One day, while on the road trip to Annapolis, the a/c started acting up again. I took it to the Annapolis Hyundai, where they were able to look at the car even though I didn't have the appointment, and diagnose the problem immediately. Even though they did not have the part required to fix the problem in stock, they did a temporary fix and replenished my A/C fluid at no charge so that I could have a pleasant trip home. They also were able to locate the required part at a dealership closer to home and help me to finally get the problem fixed. WOW! Jacob and Allen are the best and deserve recognition for their customer service skills and deserve recognition. More

This call came a couple of hours before my appointment. I Had requested to get out work early!!! His explanation was the one guy was leaving early today xxx!!! Nobody else isn't qualified??? REALLY!!!! THEN HE TELLS MR I HAD A RECALL ON MY vehicle but oh I don't have that part Again seriously xxx... This isn't my first Bad Experience with Annapolis Hyundia. They couldn't figure out my engine light problem relating to my Pollution System!! Good luck if you need service this place isnt where you should go!! I will never Buy another Hyundia again!!!!! Unethical Service Purchased the service plan for a leased car in 2011; learned later it only covers oil change and tire rotation. Despite requests to adhere to the coupon, they consistently do more service. Last week the charge was in excess of $700. I approved a $299 brake repair. They independently did a 30,000 mile tune-up for $400+. Bryan's response to my shock was , "we can put the old parts back". My lease is up in a few months; given issues with service I'd never get another Hyundai! More

They have taken good care of my car and have never tried to do unnecessary maintenance. They are prompt, professional, and courteous. They are not the cheapest, but they are the best and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my car. More
From the time I called for my appointment, Jacob was amazing. He gave me the appointment and when I brought my car in, he greeted me by name. We went over the service, he reminded me to get my discount coupon book (I usually forget it, despite the fact that I keep it in the car), and he asked if I had any other concerns. I laughed and said the only other thing I had was the shovel marks the young man who cleaned my car off after the last snow storm left. We had a little more small talk about the horribly cold winter and all the snow storms, and I left. When he called me to tell me my car was ready to be picked up, he told me he had a surprise for me. When I got to the dealership, I saw my car. I walked over and not only was it cleaned beautifully, ALL of the scratches on the hood were gone! I went into the service office and told Jacob how pleased I was. I had had the car through the car wash several times and those marks did NOT come off. Jacob told me they buffed them out after they serviced the car. As usual, Annapolis Hyundai exceeded my expectations!!! More
