Great experience! After 2 visits to Hyundai in Glen Burnie and still having the same oil leak.... I scheduled service at Annapolis Hyundai. I explained my frustration t After 2 visits to Hyundai in Glen Burnie and still having the same oil leak.... I scheduled service at Annapolis Hyundai. I explained my frustration to them. After putting my car on the lift they took me back to the repair area to show me the problem. Turns out at the previous oil change in Glen Burnie they over tightened the drain plug and cracked the oil pan. Their mistake at my expense..($292) Annapolis Hyundai took and printed photos of it for me and gave me the damaged part as well. Chances are I will not be reimbursed at Glen Burnie, but I will no longer use them for service either. Annapolis Hyundai resolved the problem which was all I really wanted. They were very personable, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions without me feeling rushed along. I like that the service manager also does the work and gets familiar with my vehicle. Needless to say both of my vehicles will be serviced there moving forward. Very satisfied! More

Outstanding Service Department Jacob is always absolutely wonderful when I go in for service. This time was unexpected, as my car started making a terrible noise when I was driving. They diagnosed and fixed the issue (mouse nest in blower motor) in a couple of hours and had me happily on my way. Outstanding Service I took my car to a tire dealer to repair a tire that was losing air. They would charge $38.00 if they could fix it. According to them, there was a nail in the tread to close the edge to fix. Their options for remediation were very limited, so I asked them to fill the tire with air. I then took it to Annapolis Hyundai at 5:30 p.m. and left it with a note and the key. The next day Jacob called to say that they had found a screw, patched it, water tested it, and washed it, The bill was $24.95 and today the tire is still full of air. I frequently take the car for air in tires and they have always been unfailingly cooperative, efficient, helpful, and very pleasant to deal with—even though they perform the service at no charge. In short, GREAT SERVICE! More
