Drop off was quick and easy and was able to get a shuttle pick up after my class to pick up my car. The only reasons I can’t give a 5 star rating is because: 1 scheduling was a challenge 2 they didn’t vacuum my floor mats 3 they left an oil/grease finger prints on the inside of the drivers door 😕 More

Reprogramming my fob and making a new key to replace my los I called Annapolis Hyundai and spoke to Jacob in Service about my lost key and fob. He directed me to Brian in Parts who ordered a new fob to be se I called Annapolis Hyundai and spoke to Jacob in Service about my lost key and fob. He directed me to Brian in Parts who ordered a new fob to be sent to him.Just 2 days later Jacob called me saying Brian had the part. I drove to Annapolis Hyundai and they reprogrammed the new fob, and cut me a new key in a very few minutes. I was so relieved when they told me the old fob no longer worked as soon as the new one was programmed. I was protected from car theft and although I never found the original key and fob, I now have peace of mind. Such courtesy in your very skilled technicians goes a long way to continue my loyalty to Annwpolia Hyundai. More

Quick, responsive service experience Granted I was there for an oil change, but it was an easy experience. Splendid Surprise We brought our Sonata in for the 17500 service thanks to a reminder mailing from Ryan Gregory. We turned the keys over to Jacob Swaim who we believe i We brought our Sonata in for the 17500 service thanks to a reminder mailing from Ryan Gregory. We turned the keys over to Jacob Swaim who we believe is the all-time best person we deal with at Hyundai. That transaction only took a couple of minutes because Jacob always demonstrates the highest possible level of customer service, job knowledge, and best of all, superior interpersonal skills. We toddled down the street and deliberately took our time over lunch. When we returned, 40 minutes before the car was promised to be done, the work was complete with the car clean and ready to go. We were just delighted to have that time back to get on with what was a busy day. The service department at Annapolis Hyundai is the greatest asset that dealership has. We were really pleased to see that they have received some well deserved awards. They certainly embody role model behavior --Hyundai should use them for training films. Ryan Gregory knows how to lead and manage a team. More
