Good service minus tire pressure The very next morning my tire pressure sensor went off. I was forced to put air in all four tires with 3 to 4 psi. This worries me greatly because I cannot trust that they truly did a proper inspection of my car now as requested. The most basic of things was not done, what else was forgotten. I am very disappointed with them and I have used them for service for years. More

The explanation: it took 30 min. to have the warranty company approval. NO service recovery offered. More

I was pleasantly surprised at the exceptional customer service and frequent updates on the status of my vehicle while in the care of Annapolis Hyundai. I live in Baltimore and this was worth the extra drive to be sure my vehicle was in the best care. I will definitely be taking my Hyundai to this dealership from here on out. More
