Annaplois Hyundai had car for five months due to length of time to get new parts. When I picked up my car, the dealership never washed it!! My car was sitting under a tree from January until May and they of time to get new parts. When I picked up my car, the dealership never washed it!! My car was sitting under a tree from January until May and they weren't bothered to wash it. The attendant that pulled my car up told me they had a lot of sick calls, so they couldn't wash it....unreal! Anyway, I was so mad and in too much of a hurry to complain to a manager, so I left. I ended up spending $50 to get it in some semblance of clean. Definitely not happy with how this experience played out. Last name Hall with the 2019 Kona Electric. Thanks Annapolis Hyundai!! More
Bought a certified pre-owned car at Annapolis Hyundai with extended warranty, but within a week, it developed a serious coolant problem. This turned out to be a known recall/ campaign issue for the model with extended warranty, but within a week, it developed a serious coolant problem. This turned out to be a known recall/ campaign issue for the model! It felt like they should have been aware of this before selling me the car. I took it in for repairs, but after 9 frustrating days, they still couldn't fix it and recommended another dealership. To top it off, the service manager Chris wouldn't respond calls, messages and email, for a month! Needless to say, I would strongly advise against using Annapolis Hyundai service department. I would say the salesman Rob tried his best to help me but there seem to be a disconnect between service and sales. More

The 4- (and not 5-star) rating is due to the fact that the mechanic failed to reset the maintenance reminder in my vehicle, and there's also no sticker on my windshield, so I guess I'll have to set some o the mechanic failed to reset the maintenance reminder in my vehicle, and there's also no sticker on my windshield, so I guess I'll have to set some other reminder for my vehicle maintenance. It's a small thing, but annoying. I bring my Hyundai to the dealer because I expect a higher level of service & attention to detail at the dealer. At least that was my experience for 10+ years at the Annapolis Honda dealer's service department. Hmm. More
