car service was good The biggest problem is contacting the service department. forced to schedule on line and requested info on how long the appointment would take and ne The biggest problem is contacting the service department. forced to schedule on line and requested info on how long the appointment would take and never got it. had to get someone to pick me up because I couldn't find out how long it would take for the service and I was going to wait but couldn't get the details. when the call came to let me know that my car was ready my cell phone read "unknown caller" and no message was left so I had to just guess and get brought back by my friend to get my car. No issues with the service itself, but just could not get anyone, before or after I dropped my car to answer the service call line, very frustrating. More

I can't explain in a few words as I have a story to tell I had a flat on the Bay Bridge Saturday afternoon on my way to Delaware. I was on the Bridge - over water...very frightening with speeding cars and tr I had a flat on the Bay Bridge Saturday afternoon on my way to Delaware. I was on the Bridge - over water...very frightening with speeding cars and tracker trailers. Once the spare was placed on the car, I called Annapolis Hyundai and Jacob in the Service Department was extremely helpful. Although they were busy, he suggested to bring the tire and they would fit me in. I have the tire protection plan, but they were not able to see it on my contract. He called the Tire Protection company to verify and proceeded to assist with the tire change. I had my Mother with me. He was very compassionate with me and her care. Jacob and Jena were very nice and customer focused. I also noticed how they cared for the other customers as well. For some, it was like being at Cheers, they knew their customers...not just by their name, but had a relationship with them - which means the customers came there on a regular to have their car serviced. If I didn't live so far away, I would come there to have my regular maintenance to my car. R+ is the highest rating you can receive in quality....they have exceed that rating. I don't know if you have a venue to provide them with exceptional recognition...if so, I am willing to support it. One thousand THANK YOUs to Jacob and Jena. XOXOXO More
