Jacob was great. He called after the service was done and let me know another thing that should be fixed on my car soon, the estimated price and details of the job. He was very nice, informative and called me back promptly. The woman who booked my appointment said I should get someone to pick me up and not wait during the service and when I said I couldn't get anyone she didn't answer. The my car was actually serviced very quickly and I wish instead of having to walk a long way home and back she could have given me an estimate of how long it would take or said/offered any thing else. I also called twice the morning of my appointment to make sure the part had arrived and left a message and no one returned my calls. More
