I had to rearrange a sitter, ride, and now have no service ahead of our roadtrip. They suck! I called Hyundai in Bowie and got a same day appointment for service! I would rather drive further to someone that values our time and we can trust! Beware, they really don’t seem to care about their customers. More

Scheduled for a Thursday and was told 3-4 hours. ZERO work done on Thursday. Told me they’d get to it Friday. ZERO work done Friday! Promised (yes, they said “I promise”) they’d have a crew in Saturday to do it. ZERO work on Saturday. Closed Sunday and Monday. Service manager assured me it would be done first thing Tuesday. Finally got the car back about 3:00 pm Tuesday - FIVE DAYS after the scheduled work! Totally unacceptable!! More
TL;DR - they dropped the ball multiple times on getting our car serviced and then thought it was ok to send 2 children in an Uber to pick up a loaner that wasn’t paid for. Management and owner never responded to complaint. We bought a new Tuscan back in April- the radio / dashboard was bad so my husband brought it in. The service dept said they would order a new one and would take about 10 days. A month goes by so we called to check in and they say yes it is in, and Jess scheduled an appointment for Saturday 6/15 despite the fact we did ask for a weekday appointment. My husband skipped our family vacation to go to this appointment on Saturday, and when he got there, the service dept told him "they don't do this work on Saturdays and Jess put it in as a recall appointment" and he has to come back another day. Service asst manager called to schedule an appointment for 6/19 and said we could get a loaner. The next day after that, Jess called me and told me my part was in and I could schedule an appointment as if none of her mess ever happened..... My husband drove to Annapolis to drop the car off, Jess says there's no loaner. Service asst manager told her, no we get a loaner. My husband is with our TWO CHILDREN (ages 5 and 9) and they make them UBER to Hertz. Not sure in what universe a service dept employee thought it’s ok to send children in an Uber and not get the loaner car themselves. They also strand my husband and children at Hertz because the car is not paid for by Hyundai and we live an hour away. I emailed the general manager and owner and neither responded with any type reconciliation, remedy or even just an apology. Just absolutely nothing after having bought 4 vehicles with them, never again. More
Collision warning light comes on sporadically. I complained and a service mgr. came out, saw the problem had a tech put a machine on it and determined it was a "REAR SPEED SENSOR" and will order the part, it should be in in a week. I received a notice to come in Monday June 24. Assuming they got the part. Got there at 7:30 in the morning. The intake clerk said he sees it in the computer but no parts, Lets try again. He say he will reorder the part and call me. As for your review: Ask me again in a few weeks and we can see if I have any better luck. I have a picture of the problem if you want it, let me know. I called last Friday with a concern about an oil leak and spoke with Lucas Michael. He was kind and told me to in and they will take a look. This was 12:30 in the afternoon. I arrived and Adan Ramirez helped me right away. He was thorough and caring. During my time there as I was waiting I spoke with Jessica who checked on the car for me. She was great and very responsive to what I needed. I met with Mercedes later and Adam Romeo who worked on my car. They were understanding and service knowledge was impressive in explaining what I needed and recommendations to what the car needed. Adam, was great in his response to the oil leak as I questioned if it was because of the last oil change and he handled my objection incredibly well. Adan came to find me in the waiting room as I was talking to someone looking at a Santa Fe model. He and I were talking about the features and Adan was great with explaining the car. He would make a great sales person. I am certain a sale was made that thanks to him! It was the end of the day 5:45 and I had met your full sales team and thanked them all for their kindness, help and truly caring about what I needed. You have a great rhythm with that team they work very - very - very well together. You could see the respect they have for each other. I spoke with Jan today about my experience and was very grateful for her follow up call. What a great surprise to have a call about my experience. Funny thing is Jan is the reason of have my car. I met her back in 2020 when I was working with Paul in sales and she went to great lengths to find the car and color I wanted. Thank you Jan!!!! I love my car. This is the reason I will always own a Hyundai!!!! You have great people, giving great service and really care about you as person having the best experience. I want to thank the management team as well for creating an environment that people as individuals can thrive and work well together to make it happen. You should be very proud of the exceptional people who make it happen. Thank you !!!! More
My appointment was scheduled at 1:30. Came back to check on progress at 4:00 and they still haven’t started on my car. We received a call at 5:45 that it was finished, but that they close at 6:00. Having to drop what we were doing and drive through Annapolis traffic, of course we made it at 6:02. They were already closed up, but luckily a manager was walking out of the front and got our car for us. He kept apologizing that the call came to us so late. When he pulled my car up he apologized again because the entire service wasn’t complete. He said how the workers must have wanted to leave right on time because it was Friday. So not only did they take almost 5 hours on my car (just an oil change and tire rotation), they didn’t even complete the entire service and then almost made us have to come back the next day to pick it up with such little notice.
